This is an older motel, with some wear and tear, not a big fancy chain motel. We have no issue with that and usually prefer older establishments. We need clean and comfortable, at a moderate price. It was in a perfect location, adjacent to stores, restaurants and tourist attractions but on a quiet main road which was nice. The lady who checked us in was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, so much so that I didn't want to get up in the morning! It had the basic amenities...tv, ac/heating unit, microwave, fridge, shampoo and soap. The price was excellent. We wanted a decent, clean and comfortable place to rest our heads for the night and this was a great choice. We would stay here again!

Nothing! It is not the Ritz Carlton, but it met our needs and was comfortable. We used the extra money we saved to enjoy a local seafood buffet!

This is a no-frills motel that seems to be family-owned, and it looks like they take great pride in it as the rooms are always comfy and clean, and I suspect they may have even renovated recently a little bit. The staff is friendly, and they have plenty of flyers in the front desk advertising coupons and things to do in the area. It’s very close to colonial Williamsburg, William and Mary, Busch Gardens, and Water Country.

They just seemed a little confused about whether or not, I had paid for the room already, but that was sorted out easily with a quick phone call. Also, I didn’t really like the way the toiletries that they provided smelled, but that is literally such a minor detail. Other than that, I didn’t really have any complaints.

Clean and smelled nice. Bathroom could use updates but functional. We needed a place to rest after spending the day at the water park before driving home the next morning. This was a very short drive and decent. All rooms appeared full but quiet. The beds were comfortable and although the air conditioner was older it cooled the room just fine. Nonsmoking in the rooms which is appreciated. They had chairs if you wanted to sit outside and the flowers and plants outside were well cared for. At night they had some light in the trees which was pretty. I think the owners take pride and care for the property.

Looked a bit sketchy from the outside, but the room was comfortable and very clean. Good wifi connection, and I appreciated the refrigerator and microwave. Staff members were very helpful. Location is very convenient for getting to Jamestown or Yorktown. Price was great.

Wish there had been coffee.

An old-school motel. Exceptionally clean and well cared for. The owners clearly take a lot of pride in their property and in providing their guests with a clean, comfortable place to stay. Even the landscaping and flowers are a point of pride. Lovely. Fantastic location at a budget-conscious price!

Bed very comfortable, air conditioner work well! Great value for money. Small town, 2 restaurants in walking distance Wasn't aware of breakfast.

Its a cute little quiet motel that was incredibly clean and comfortable. Hubby and I booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised... property looks waaay.. better than the online photos!

Can't think of anything displeasing.. Id definitely book again!

Very clean for the price!

The weekly tenants get to have preference of who stays beside them. Constantly complains because they live there, don’t bring children and don’t be young. You will not be respected as a human being. You will be expected to stay and be quiet all day.

Rooms were clean, even the bathrooms were spotless. We've stayed in all kinds of places from coast-to-coast, this was by far one of the cleanest, quietest places we've ever stayed.

We'd have liked a coffee maker, but with stores nearby, that wasn't a deal breaker at all.

There was no dust to be found in the room. I could barefoot since the carpets were so clean. The staff was amazing. The towels and bed were folded or made with care to appearance. This will be our go to place in the future when we visit Williamsburg.

Nothing
