This hotel is very conveniently located for Colonial Williamsburg which was the purpose of our visit to the city. Restaurants also located close by. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

There was no clean-up of the room between the two nights of our stay. However, the front desk was quick to accommodate our request for clean towels. The bathroom is a bit run-down, but we made do. It was mainly a place to sleep around our visit to Colonial Williamsburg.

Big clean room with comfy bed and nice large screen TV with a fridge and small microwave. An under 15 minute walk to Christina Campbell’s restaurant in Colonial Williamsburg and quick easy access to the Colonial Parkway and under 10 minute easy drive to Merchant’s Square.

It’s an older property that has been upgraded. There are some rough edges like the stairs (with no elevator to the 2nd level) and old bath fixtures and bathroom door that doesn’t quite shut tight but everything is clean and solid. A great value for comfort and location.

That's the cleanest cheap hotel we have been in... and not fake clean, really, really clean. It looks not very promising outside and inside the room it's a safe haven.

No breakfast. It's so nice to have breakfast included. Even if it's just toast and jam.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and the hotel is close to everything in Williamsburg. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place.

I have stayed her plenty of times and I love the upgrades to the room! Parked right in front of our room, which I love. Bed is always comfortable and I like the desk, which I used to do a little work. Area is quiet and not far from restaurants and stores.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Really helpful and friendly staff. Excellent pancake house almost next door for breakfast/lunch. Very convenient location for historic Williamsburg sightseeing.

Red Roof Inn did meet beyond my expectations because it provided me with a very clean, comfortable room at an affordable price, and in addition excellent location to the colonial historical Williamsburg, Virginia. And is a localized walking distance (around 3 minutes) to the "Capitol Pancake House", a very nice place for breakfast/brunch before starting your colonial adventure.

convenient to Busch Gardens, close to the highway. Close to food and gas. Comfortable beds and pillows!

Room was a tad dirty. Sticky soda ring on the night table. Floor sticky.
