The Williamsburg Lodge is within walking distance of everything we want to see within the town.

I wasn't aware that we would be charged $20/night for parking. That should be included in the price.

Great location for vacation, very nice room and facilities.

I wanted to sleep in on a couple of days, but cleaning and or maid service made loud noises and loud voices in the hallway outside of our door waking us up.. Apparently the linen closet door (right outside our door) was being held open for the workers to easily get in and out without unlocking or unlatching the door every time. The way they held the door open caused a constant metal to metal banging noise when the door shut.

Beautiful property and great location if you want to visit Colonial Williamsburg (essentially across the street) or Busch Gardens (12 min ride).

Every property has a few issues. Shower door didn’t stay closed, blinds wouldn’t go up, etc. Not going to really affect my trip, but would be nice if inspections were done to catch these items for an Autograph level hotel.

The lodge was beautiful and the location is amazing. It's nice to be able to walk to the historic sights, shops and restaurants. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water available from the front desk. There are several dining options available if you don't feel like leaving the lodge.

I wish they had complimentary coffee. The in room coffee was subpar. The coffee shop had great coffee but it added up quickly and the line was always very long.

Great waiter and host for breakfast. Friendly room service. Clean room. Good restaurant with very good staff. Great concierge. Nice snack room and waitress. Walking distance to colonial town, convenient. Super doormen.

My son stopped at the front desk to pick up a parking pass. He felt the man at the desk wasn't particularly friendly. Also, with the digital check-in we think we missed a welcome packet.

the property is very pristine. I love that it is walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg. the buffet breakfast was yummy and hat lots of options. Staff was friendly. very clean amenities!

our toilet had issues with flushing. We were very sad that the Sweat Tea and Barley restaurant wasn’t open on Monday. we asked staff if their were any festivities planned for Saturday 10/29/22 as we saw pumpkins around the town and kids in costume, staff said there were no Halloween events except for the haunted tours. we sadly found out the next day that the pumpkins were all gone and that men dressed up the horses and rode through the town and kids trick-or-treated. absolutely nothing was going on Halloween night.

Requested adjoining rooms but received adjacent rooms. We were moved to other wing of resort with adjoining rooms. Learned - the hard way- cannot book 2 same rooms there and get adjoining. Must book 2 separate rooms at 2 separate prices at Resort

The location of the hotel is a short walk to Colonial Williamsburg and there is ample parking. The check in staff were friendly and Frederick and Marcus on the concierge team were marvellous and very helpful. Our room was enormous and the bathroom was lovely and all was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we had a really peaceful two nights with no external noise or from other guests. There was a good selection of things to eat for breakfast and the servers were friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel one night and there was a good selection of items on the menu. On the night we arrived the hotel restaurant was closed but the receoption staff found us,a restaurant that was open and Frederick drove us there and back. The hotel has a number of facilities that we did not use. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Williamsburg.

Excellent location and great place to stay. Beautiful room and excellent facilities.

Staff was not so up to our expectations. Dinner in the restaurant took way too long and stay was charged twice to my credit card. Good thing is that everything was settled correctly in the end.

We ate breakfast off-site but I did enjoy the grab and go coffee bar. The location could not have been better...right in the heart of colonial Williamsburg.

We wish Traditions had a Brunch menu instead of buffet. My wife and I were looking forward to eggs Benedict. I believe they should add it to the brunch menu.
