Pretty much everything

The spiders and lizards.. but it’s secluded near ponds, pools, and farms. Found out too late in the night that there was a refrigerator in the room, yet no microwave. A microwave is available for guests during day the hours.. so with a late check-in at 5pm instead of the 4pm.. and not knowing a request for a microwave was needed.. we ate out and then around 1am wanted to eat again but realized we couldn’t even heat up our food. Nearly $200 in food purchased ruined. This would have been great information to receive at check-in but not after the fact when “maintenance is unavailable to bring you one until the morning”, as said by concierge.

Nestled in trees and beautiful stubs. Crepe Mrytle trees were blooming and gorgeous. There were beautiful horses nearby and paths to take you a variety of places. Parking was easy snd close to building Building was secured Rooms clean and spacious. Refrigerator clean and working Fair about of hangers for your clothes Staff exceptionally professional and friendly I highly recommend this facility

A mysterious travel 200-300 years back in time. Awesome park, 100% historic details. While museums say "don't touch" this hotel literally allows you to lay down on stuff that feels 200 years old. Awesome staff, delicious food, walking distance from the Colonial downtown. Recommend!

Not many street lights make it dark at night. Plus, a bit weird check-in (via another hotel).

Perfect location! The service was top notch, the front desk clerks made us feel very welcome and expected. They really do treat you like a special guest and this type of customer service is hard to come by these days. So refreshing

The couch at the Griffin where we stayed was grimey and really unfortunate since the hotel was very clean everywhere else.

Location was perfect. Quiet, but walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg, restaurants, and shops. My kids loved the pool, and the grounds were well maintained and enjoyable to wander through.

Vent I’m the bathroom was dusty and moldy. Found a Plastic bottle of cigarette butts on our patio.

Access to Colonial Williamsburg properties and adjacent historic Williamsburg was fantastic!

Facility was very nicely kept, and clean; however, rooms were dated and in need of renovation (e.g., couch, carpet, etc.).

The room was large . The two queen beds were large. The breakfast at the Inn and service were exceptional. The Griffin sits within a semi-forested area just off historical Williamsburg district. We could have walked there easily if we chose to.

Up keep. On the second day the light over the draperies blinked on and off. The chest of drawers had one drawer that could not be closed.

Location was excellent; we could walk to all the events we wanted to attend. Room was spacious and hotel was quiet. Beautiful location. Maid service was excellent.

Nearby affordable meal choices are limited. Also, cushions on sofa bed are stained. Someone must have spilled something at one time. Stains are obvious unless you turn the cushions upside down. New cushion covers would make the sofa appear cleaner.

The room was huge! The location of the hotel was perfect, so close to historic Williamsburg. Daily room service was great. Check in was a breeze.

The room could use some updating. The pull out couch needs to be updated. The cushions were old and the mattress was sagging into the wire of the couch.
