Internet, staff, size of room, beds, comfortable

Location very dead, no near food points or access to trains so had to walk with luggage. Room allocated initially wasnt clean so had to again take luggage manually downstairs and change room and take back again wasting time and effort with family and senior citizens is not easy. Water bottles were not provided so had to ask everytime and one time staff didnt provide water bottles despite requesting which was rude. Hotel can do with hiring a proper staff dedicated to these duties of taking luggage, providing such basics for an international brand this is not acceptable

We stayed here because of the proximity to the Convention Center. It was just across the street. Check in was easy, and they were able to give us the room early. There was hardly any wait for the elevators at any point during the stay. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well-insulated and quiet. The restaurant was nice, with good service.

I wish there was a grab bar on the back wall of the tub. It was pretty slippery for a shower. Valet service was efficient, but there is almost nowhere to park out front waiting for the valet. It was very congested when we arrived and one lane of traffic was blocked with waiting cars. The rooftop terrace may have been nice, but we couldn't stay because of the music, which was uncomfortably loud and filled with obscenities, and lots of kids present. Not appropriate.

This was a good location from Georgetown University. The room was clean and comfortable. Very spacious also. Rooftop fitness was nice. The check-out staff were pleasant. This was a very nice property.

There wasn’t a pleasant view because our room was facing another building. Parking was overpriced/too expensive. They only had valet parking. I don’t want some stranger driving my car who doesn’t care about it or that I just bought it last week. The valet people were rude. There is a 15-minute loading and unloading zone. They were trying to make us move before we had accomplished unloading. The front desk staff at check-in was rude and short with us for no reason.

This hotel is one of three Marriott properties at the same intersection, two blocks from a Metro station. Room layout was excellent. We never heard any other guests from our room. Elevators were fast and efficient. Fitness center had Life Fitness treadmills, decent weights, towels, as well as a nice view. Bathroom had plenty of counter space. Main room was spacious and abounded with outlets and USB ports. TV had access to HBO and YouTube in addition to a good station selection.

Lotion was not provided, and it took two requests to have it brought to the room. (Room has tanks for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but not lotion.)

beautiful, up-to-date, with clean, comfortable beds and a nice, large-screen TV. lighting was great as well.

The beautiful bathroom had some hairs in the shower!!! ughhh! I had to clean it out before using it!! otherwise, it was SO wonderful! I loved it! Also, one young lady got fed up with me at the front desk, because I told her that we must be informed about everything that is charged on our credit card. she dismissed me, as if it didn’t matter. however I spoke with a manager and we straightened it out!

Nice big hotel but more for conferences. our room rate includes breakfast, 2 options (Full American or Avocado Toast) was good but for long stay same food may cause problem. room was big enough, especially the bathroom size was good. it was very clean and new furniture. good size roof top gym. only stayed one night...

little bit overpriced for DC, but I reckon all hotels are a bit expensive. no spa or pool in the hotel. not far from the city but a little bit walking distance. no water in the room but the receptionist lady gave us extra free bottle water, you can fill up in the common room.

The breakfast paid option is very limited and rigid. Just two options and not a children one. Also the unacceptable delays and lack of organization in the restaurant "The Delegate" (first day with 15 minutes wait for getting a table with lots of available ones and then more than 30 minutes wait for the service and a second day experience with 1 hour wait on the table and leaving the restaurant and the hotel without getting our paid breakfast).

Everything was superb, on par or exceeding the expectations of some of the 4 and 5 star accommodations in DC.

The hotel and restaurant need to coordinate for the complimentary breakfast. The restaurant was understaffed, and no one seemed to know how to handle the customers from the hotel. Guests were told the hotel and restaurant are independent. Someone needs to coordinate these efforts. The waitstaff did their very best to accommodate (especially behind the bar), but an experienced manager was needed.

The staff was pleasant. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable.

As far as the room the only issue I had was the water pressure for the sink was not good and didn't get hot. The main concern I have is that I was charged for room service that I never received and was told that I would be refunded and was never refunded. I called back after a few days and was told again that the refund was processed and I should receive it but still never received it. I'm very disappointed with how this was handled. I feel brushed off and money was taken from me. For that reason unfortunately I would not stay at this hotel again. I'm very big on customer service and in this instance it was very poor.

Location: The location was the best option of the hotel. 15 mins walk to the White house 10 mins drive to Reagan airport 4 mins walk to brand stores such as Gucci 5 mins walk to a Persian restaurant (Rumi's kitchen) 5 mins walk to a grocery store Room: We stayed in a King bed room and the size was enough for two people. The bathroom was clean.

Staff: The staff were not friendly (except the housekeepers and doormen) but they were helpful. Room temperature: We set the room temperature at 73 but the heater kept working and the room got too hot. Room amenities: It seems Marriott hotels do not provide water in rooms.
