Front desk check out lady not requesting me to enter pin for my foreign card on check out even after I asked and initially claiming card had insufficient funds which was absolutely not the case, then calling us back out of the lift to do exactly that and not taking responsibility for her oversight. I don’t think it would be habitual but it suck out because the rest of the service was professional, thorough, seamless and friendly. A tad pricey but much, much, better value for money than the Conrad NYC.

The room was very spacious and well equipped. All the equipment were brand new and worked perfectly and bedding was very comfortable. Not to mention, the room was properly kept clean by the non-intrusive and efficient cleaning service. The restaurant and bars (including the roof-top bar in summer) offered qualitative, tasty and varied cuisine regardless the time of the day (breakfast, lunch or dinner). The hotel facilities are well maintained and the service is proactive. The location is also very convenient: 15min walk from the National Mall or the White House. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Conrad Washington and I would definitely consider including this hotel in my future travel plan in D.C. I would really recommend it for either business or leisure travelers who are looking for a nice place to stay in Washington D.C.

In my opinion the only down side of this hotel could be the lack of swimming pool. Apart from that, nothing to complain whatsoever.

The hotel is in great location, short walks in all directions and to restaurants. Quality service and mostly helpful staff. The room was big enough, quiet and had great shower and very good toiletries.

There was some mistake made by staff when checking in - a promise to add my stay to my account. However on checkout day - another person got my invoice by email and the hotel has still not added my stay to my account. Worst was trying to tell me to call the hotel (some international service number I think!) in stead of resolving the matter on the spot.

The Conrad is my favorite place to stay in DC. The location is perfect for good food and shopping and was a 5 min uber drive to Mastros/ The club Living Room. We had a delay gettin in our room and they gave us a $50 credit for dining/drinks. The staff was exceptionally friendly and checked in multiple times to find out how we were doing. They surprised my fiancé with a Birthday bottle of Champagne and Chocolates. We stayed in the King suite and had a gorgeous panoramic view. This was the second time I have stayed here and it exceeding my expectations. I will most definitely return.

great location, high end overall

Our room wasn’t cleaned throughout our 3 nights stay even though we had the “make room” sign. The desk told us that the cleaning staff said we had do not disturb throughout…obviously that was not true. When we were leaving at some point our room door was locked because the locks battery ran out (what ?!) this delayed us by about an hour which sucked. there was no real money value refund to any of the things mentioned above…

The Conrad was amazing! The staff was amazing and the hotel was beautiful.

The only thing I didn't like was: 1.) My early check-in was honored 2.) I wasn't able to check in at check-in 3:00pm because the hotel was very busy and the housekeeping was behind because of the high volume of customers. However, the hotel made up for this providing others services to me free of charge, and I even received a little gift & card from the staff, once again apologizing for my inconvenience.

Two employees were great. One of them (male - middle eastern (?)) was on duty when I arrived at your motel. HE WAS EXCEPTIONAL during my ENTIRE VISIT!! He is an asset to your business. The female upstairs (also middle eastern (?)) was very helpful and friendly. Their actions go a long way for ensuring a pleasant stay - visit. The breakfast was good.

The location was excellent in City Centre Washington, steps away from all the major sights and the hotel staff were very friendly and unobtrusive. They went over and above to provide a small gift for my son's birthday. We loved our stay!!!

they offered a discount coupon for breakfast. Restaurant is nice, a little small. Food is ok

there is an open parking lot next to hotel but when we arrived valet acted like we MUST leave the car with them. They did not give proper answers about parking options and there was not concierge at the door (he came after a while). However, it is a nice hotel with good location.

The room I stayed in was lovely. It was very high tech, very clean and the in room amenities were amazing.

The loud noise that woke me up every half hour to an hour from 10pm to 5am. The location of my room was near an area where there were alot of activities going on all at once. Some were guests that decided to scream, yell or talk loud through the whey hours of the morning.
