We had a corner king room on the top floor, so quiet and with a nice city view. We liked the walk in shower and the spacious bathroom. They have MUK bath amenities, awesome! The bed was very comfortable. In the lobby by the bar they have a 24/7 Grab & Go if you are in need and there is always free coffee. We highly recommend the on site restaurant Parlour Victoria: https://moxydcdining.com/parlour-victoria/. Best to book a table in advance.

The breakfast was rather lame and not fresh enough, but it is not expensive so maybe for someone it is the right choice.

I love the Moxy! This hotel was such a cool experience from check in to check out. The location was very convenient! No more than 20 minutes walking to any place I went, 7 minutes driving. Close to metro center station (a hub) but there was almost no need to ride it because the hotel is in the center of everything. The bed was comfy and the room was big enough for a 4 day stay, despite the many complaints I had read about room size. The glass for the bathroom was NOT very transparent so it was fine. The rooms are adorable and well thought out! The bars were great, the rooftop bar was very experimental latin style, the bar where you check in is very laid back and modern (the got Moxy is so good!), and the whiskey bar had a good selection! The parking garage nearby was very nice and clean, $20 overnight parking, and about an 8 minute walk back to the hotel. Staff was friendly and helped with a couple keycard problems! I'll be back!

I didn't stay long enough

I liked the vibe in the outdoor area facing the street. It was fun to sit and people watch with a drink in the afternoon. I also liked the fact that there were a lot of people and the energy made it a great place for making friends. The workers were very friendly and when I arrived at 6 AM (after a red eye) the manager was extremely welcoming and let me check in early (at 6 AM!). I had expected to wait in the lobby or get coffee and head to my conference. He also upgraded me to a great corner room. The upstairs restaurant is also a fun place to grab a dring and I had a delicious salad there as well.

"didn't like" is probably too strong, because I ended up working around this but I was a bit surprised to discover that there was no closet in my room. They have hangers and lots of hooks to hang them from, but no drawers or closet. It takes some creative folding and organizing if you plan to unpack and stay for a while.

The location hotel was excellent, everywhere that I wanted to visit in DC was within walking distance. This main reason why I selected the hotel in the first. What surprised me when about the hotel was its interesting and unique aesthetics. The rooftop bar had an impressive view of the city. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, professional and competent.

There wasn't really anything that I didn't like about the hotel.

The bar is super cool and recommend to try the moxy cocktail so you really dont have to search for places for a drink and we play with the games they have available. The room was not big but we had everything we need. super location walking distance from everything from historical to shopping district.

Excellent location to see all the main attractions and landmarks of Downtown DC. Excellent view on the top floor for late night drinking. Parking garage is walking distance from the hotel.

Shower did not have a handle to open from the inside so it was a minor annoyance. Room is quite tiny they are not kidding about the size. Power went out a couple of time during our stay but glad it came back on shortly after.

Everyone at the property, staff, were incredibly personable and helpful. the hotel is in a great location. Fun, energetic vibe. stayed with my two 17 year old sons and their friend. they loved being able to hang out and play games in the lobby, which was full both nights with guests chatting, having a cocktail and listening to music. lively, comfortable and very clean.

The rooms are very small, but anticipated that. good layout and big bathroom.

The Moxy is such a cool vibe. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. This was the perfect spot for my daughter and I to enjoy a weekend in DC.

It was difficult to find a parking spot in front of the hotel so we had quite a walk with all of our bags in order to get to the hotel from our parking garage.

Unlike any hotel you have probably stayed in. The lobby opening up to the sidewalk is a great idea. Seemed like the popular hang out place for people I town. Great for people watching on their way to the rooftop.

I understand that this is a "different" hotel but be prepared for a small room, not much bigger than a queen bed, but then you are not supposed to stay in your room all day.

I would like to thank you to the staff. In travelled alone and the staff made it safe, pleasant and they were very keen to help! Absolutely amazing! A quirky hotel with great rooms! Clean, convenient location and I had breakfast included which was really good and convenient! I would totally recommend staying over if you are visiting DC. Furthermore the bar staff was excellent ands very helpful!
