The room was very big, with comfortable bed and a sofa for an extra space. Breakfast was good enough, typical for US, but lacking of vegetables.

The staff at reception was kind of useless and clueless when I asked for directions or other information. I noticed that some guests were asking for water prepared at the reception behind the counter. I was not informed if it's complimentary or not, and when I asked for it, the attitude was like they were doing a big favor asking for the room number, membership and so on. The room was on the 13th floor and it was a constant noise coming from outside traffic, but especially from the AC units (I think), very disturbing, especially during the night.

Always love staying at Hampton Inn wherever and whenever I can, even though i have budget to stay in bigger hotel, like Hyatt or the likes. Absolutely love the breakfast, it is just enough for me and not too wasteful. The ladies at the breakfast area were so cheerful, helpful and friendly. I love the convenience of the coin-operated laundry, as i love bringing home clean clothes! The gym also met my expectation. The bed was comfortable, i had no trouble falling asleep. Location was not so great, but wasn't that bad either. Walking distance to wherever i wanted to go.

I have 2 complaints though. The heater was noisy, so i had to switch it off when i go to bed. Even though it was cold outside, the room wasn't too bad, i didn't need the heater when i go to bed and the bed was warm and cozy. The wifi dropped all the time, that i discovered (a little too late) that i exceeded my data usage.

Location was perfect, so close to everything. The complimentary breakfast was so good. Great options. The room was big and clean with a fridge and a microwave. U do have to pay $60 for valet parking, but u can go in and out as u please. There's always someone available to get ur car.

The beds were a bit hard and the pillows were so thin it basically felt like u were sleeping without one. The gym is 24 hrs, but a bit small, so can get crowded pretty quickly. I also wouldn't recommend going to the 711 around the corner late at night.

The room is big, there’s free coffee and tea in the lobby and even a small shop if you need to buy medicine which was helpful in the middle of the night. The location is great, about a 20-minute walk to the White House and you can also take a bus. A few nice restaurants around the hotel

The pricing of the parking is expensive, $59 per night. If you’re not in a rush you can find cheaper parking in the area.

Good sized room, well laid out. Plenty of USB ports and the WiFi was good. staff were excellent. Client laundry was great.

Heater in the room was noisy. Some variety in the breakfast options would be nice. It was eggs, pork and potato every day. Some vegetable options - tomato mushrooms etc would have been great. Like wise it was pretty much the same pastries every day.

all in all, a very good hotel in the middle of Washington DC, close to China town. the rooms are good, breakfast is plentiful and there is a valet parking service. However, I think the price of the hotel is a bit high, especially if you add the $60 parking fee. on the other hand, you're right in the middle of Washington, so you shouldn't forget that. all attractions are within walking distance (White house, capitol Mounoment...)

This was so convenient to walk to the Capital One Arena and the restaurants along the way were delightful. It's a great location for events at the arena or the ballpark. And the staff was very helpful when we had an issue.

Unfortunately, when our car was returned to us from the Valet Service, we had damage to the right rear driver's side. After some discussion at the hotel, and phone tag, the hotel valet admitted to damaging our car and their insurance adjuster is working on our behalf to get the situation resolved.

room was clean, the location was excellent (close to the sites where we needed to go) the breakfast was exceptional, and the societies serving the breakfast was a little unkind to my kids Other than that, it was a great experience overall.

The location, service, personnel and room were great. Receptionist's were kind, helpful and professional. I enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast was meager to put it simply. I have traveled around the world and stayed at many local hotels. Nowhere else have I seen such a basic, tasteless breakfast as in Hampton. To keep the class, the Hilton brand needs to do better than that!

Room was very decent, except handle in shower kept coming off ,TV signal went out all night after it rained. Had a hard time trying to use Wi-Fi.Loved security lock on Door in room. Breakfast was decent. Omelet had pork in it, wish there was regular scrambled eggs, but it was free.. super processed. Staff was very nice and accommodating .
