The rooms were perfectly sized, clean and modern. Really loved that they had the big bottles of soap/shampoo for the bathrooms and the water pressure was great. I have long thick hair and I hate having to ask for 1000 little bottles. The beds were comfy - no issues sleeping. AC worked great so the room was a great temperature. Everything worked properly (AC, TV, fridge, etc). Awesome central location (only a few blocks from the National Mall). Close to lots of restaurants options and a fantastic coffee place (Compass Coffee), and metro. Staff at the front was welcoming and hospitable. Felt like a safe location, we were walking around at different hours of the day.

The fees to park the car overnight were a bit exorbitant and on top of the fee, there is a parking "tax". Ends up being over 60$ to park for the night when you could pay $54 next door at the Galleria Place parking garage. Breakfast was included which was nice but wish they had some healthier options and some non-dairy options.

Could hardly be more central, with most downtown DC attractions within very easy reach. The theming of the hallways and rooms was interesting - modern Chinese art elements abounding in the decor.

The walls are a bit thin. Blessedly our neighbors did not cavort until too late at night, but we could certainly hear their music and television before they turned in. The floors in the breakfast area are a bit sticky, and there's insufficient seating (I took my food up to our room for the first two mornings). The area is a Chinatown in name only - it's clearly been gentrified out. A lot of transients with a distinct smell of marijuana on the streets as well in the environs.

I enjoyed the breakfast everyday. You had a nice selection to choose from. The space got a little overcrowded if you didn't get down there early enough though.

There was never any hot water when I tried to take a shower. I literally had to wait to take a shower at 11:00 at night and had to wait 20 minutes for the hot water to get hot enough for me to be able to take the shower. We tried every morning, obviously I know everyone takes a shower in the morning, but the hotel should be able to handle it. That actually is something that may cause me to not stay at your hotel again when I come to DC. I've never had this issue with any other Fairfield inns.

I liked the convenient location. The hotel is clean, polite staff. The center of attractions can be reached on foot. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfasts. We expected a little, as it usually happens. But in this hotel the breakfasts were delicious. There was a variety, I think everyone will be able to choose for themselves. So feel free to book with breakfast. The view from the room was awesome. The windows of our room overlooked the ancient church. In general, the hotel corresponds to the price - quality!

I would like to mention one point, it's not that it's a disadvantage, but it brought us some discomfort. The air conditioner was working loudly in the room. And at first I couldn't sleep. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Location was okay, could be better, but good for the value I guess. Hotel has 1 overnight security and requires you to use you key card to get in the hotel, which I liked.

The hotel only has 1 pair of washer & dryer that charges $2.50 for each cycle of either. The dryer kinda dried my clothes, so I had to air dry them in my room. At the end of my stay, I saw my air conditioner leak a small amount of water. It was really hot during my stay, so that's understandable.

My bed and the linens were SO comfortable. The rooms and hallways are nice and quiet. I loved the decor!! Checking in and out was easy. The staff was warm and friendly. The coffee urn got replaced rapidly once it ran out. Your location was perfect for me.

The air in the elevator needs to be refreshed. It seemed smoky and too warm. You need more seating in the breakfast area. Those spinach quiches could have been hotter. In the guest rooms, hand crème in the bathroom would have been helpful.

The room was cleaned to perfection. The staff was polite and professional beyond belief. There were rowdy guests and I witnessed security and the front desk staff treating everyone in such a respectful way it was very well handled and respectful of the other guests. Really outstanding staff.

The location was a little interesting. Within a block you experience an extremely wide range of different experiences.

Comfortable beds, nice bedroom, good water pressure, clean, smelled fresh. Breakfast was good, ok selection, but food area was small, long lines at times for the waffle maker.

Location. Homeless people that seem to be on drugs, especially when you get closer to chinatown arch, which is only one block away, sketchy at times. Wouldn't recommend going out at night, doesn't feel safe, hotel lock their doors at 9pm.

A lovely staff that made us feel like we were staying amongst a very well-knit community. It was lovely to see how each person from the staff helped out each other when need arose to ensure the comfort of the travelers. Everyone was extremely helpful when we needed help and never once refused us anything. I have no other words but excellent to describe our stay there! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts formaking our DC experience amazing!!
