The location, very close to the main attractions, counter guys very nice and good breakfast, although very limited options. No vegan options.

Cleaning room needs to be scheduled previuos day at counter, the room is very small, no natural light, so dark and bathroom without bath tube. The air conditioning sounds a lot and considering the room is small you cannot sleep well.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and even had a room ready for early check in. The breakfast each morning was good and varied enough to work for my spouse and I. The room was clean and the perfect size for the 2 of us. The hotel is a great location...close to bus routes, the Metro and is within walking distance to several restaurants.

The bed was pretty hard and the pillows were fairly flat. It was a bit uncomfortable. FYI-there is not housekeeping every day unless you request it, which in our experience is the norm now following Covid. For us that was not an issue, we requested a cleaning half way through our stay, but for some travelers this might be a problem.

BREAKFAST! was great, lots of choices and bottled water. Staff was kind and helpful especially Solomon. Area was much safer than expected (use RFID blocking wallet on tours). Panera across street was nice. AC worked well. Elevators were quick. Chocolate chip cookies in the evening were a pleasant surprise.

Very low water pressure in shower. Bed was pretty hard. Direct TV had to be connected when we got there. Housekeeping was there if you asked, otherwise once every 4 days. Thought it should have been automatic every day, but they did a great job cleaning when they did come. Pool was small.

Room was super clean. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were pleasant and helpful and friendly. Really close to white house and the monuments. Had a variety for breakfast, the usual. Waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, coffee, oatmeal and yogurt.

Valet that took our car in was pleasant, but the one we saw the most often wasn't. Not a big deal, but he is in front and is the 1st employee you meet. Could have been pleasant. Bed was a little hard, but used to it because my husband loves a hard bed. Usually hotels have softer beds and I notice it because I miss a soft bed. I usually enjoy hotel beds, but this was hard.

I am happy, both the staff and the rooms, the cleanliness, the comfort and the very specific location , it was really nice. I only have one recommendation and note. You must have a European-type adapter for not for US charger for computer and phone at the reception, and the staff must have to help guest if it's would be necessary. for this you can leave a deposit, and when you return the adapter, you will return the money, if it is not returned, you will cut the amount and buy a new European adapter with that money to help other guests.

I like everything and especially location, it was vey nice and comfortable. Breakfast was average. staff was helpful.

The location was great, walking distance to most everything we wanted to see. Room was comfortable, bed was very comfortable. Never heard hallway noise or adjoining room noise. Breakfast was okay.

When the room is booked for more than one person, I don't understand why there is only one luggage rack. There were no towel drying bars in the bathroom. The breakfast food area was small crowded. It would be nice to see healthier cereal choices, multi grain breads and bagels offered.

I loved the breakfast every morning. It was really nice being able to have a good meal before heading out every day. Housekeeping is also upon request the day before. I liked that staff informs you of this at check-in so that I wasn't caught off guard.

The worst I can think of is probably the shower head not having enough water pressure for my liking, but it was still fine. Really enjoyed the stay here and would definitely do so again on a return trip to Washington D.C.

Amazing location close to the White House, World Bank, and IMF. It is perfect for tourism and work purposes. Metro and buses conveniently connect the hotel to the train station and airport. Breakfast is very good with self-made waffles and a good selection of salty and sweet food. 24-hour availability of complimentary hot beverages in the hall. Service is very good, rooms are spacious and bathroom is well maintained.

No major issues. Good quality stay. More fruits variety during breakfast could be a suggestion to improve the service.

Location to the white house was great, just a short walk. Check in was a breeze, happily accommodated us earlier than check in time as they had the availability which was greatly appreciated.

Lack of food options in the area made it difficult with a family. We did have a car however the valet was not available between certain times and was difficult to locate the first time we so we then felt like we were being inconvenient to request the car. We also planned to be on the road early the next day as we were just passing through but unable to get the car prior to 7am. Breakfast was ok not many options.

The hotel is very well located 20 to 30 minutes walking distance to the majority and most popular attractions in DC. The White House and the National Museum of African History are 20 minutes away and the Capitol and the Museum of Natural History are about 30 minutes from the hotel. The rooms are very clean, and housekeeping is upon request but they were always helpful proving what we needed. Breakfast could improve but if you need to save time and money before starting your walk around it is the most convenient way to go. Our stay was amazing we had a wonderful time. THANK YOU!
