Superbly situated close to the main attraction and a convenient Metro station, the staff is friendly and exceptionally attentive—a special thanks to Guram Dolide at the reception desk. The accommodations are flawlessly clean.

Expensive parking! Also, we discovered that our room had not been cleaned on the initial day of our stay. After contacting the hotel, we were informed that room cleaning occurred every three days by default unless requested by the guest. We promptly made the request, and the hotel responded accordingly. Additionally, there is room for improvement in the variety of the buffet breakfast.

Fantastic Location in one of the best parts of DC. We have stayed there twice and on the second trip - we were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel gave us a complimentary gift card to use at their restaurant. We didn't even have to leave the hotel to get great food and drinks! We love that we can walk around that area and find other things to visit. It's a short drive to different museums as well. The room was nice, cozy, and super clean. I'm not usually impressed with a lot of hotel shower products but theirs was pretty awesome. Overall, we love this location and the staff has always been very friendly. We will be booking again in the very near future.

AC Marriot was a nice hotel to have a staycation and go see the fireworks in DC. The hotel is modern and very welcoming. Lobby cool and inviting. Free coffee in the morning. It is in a nice location for train and several restaurants. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the pillows perfect weight. The rooms were solid, cool, and quiet. We never heard any hallway noise or neighbors.

Our room didn't have a view, but we didn't care. We didn't stay there for the view. I thought my priceline reservation had free breakfast listed, but when we got there it wasn't on our reservation. It was fine, several places around there with breakfast.

The hotel is really nicely decorated throughout and clean, the staff are all really friendly, inclusive of front desk, bar and cleaning staff. The hotel’s location was a short walk from the metro stop which connected me to the central train station and airport, it also connects you to a lot of tourism sites but I preferred to walk and I was able to get to both the Lincoln Memorial and White House in less than 30 minutes, walking gives the opportunity to see more of the neighbourhoods and when your feet get tired, you can jump public transport back. The room was clean and had a blackout blind, needed when you’re trying to acclimatise from a different timezone. The hotel had a nice bar, with a happy hour on wine and beer and I appreciated the ice and water machine on the floor I was staying on.

We ended up in a room that overlooked this very unattractive quad area. It was the only natural light source in an otherwise well put together room, with modern decor. I tried unsuccessfully to change rooms but the hotel was fully booked. The supervisor was sympathetic and gave us a complimentary breakfast for two voucher which was a nice gesture. As a result though we only used the room to sleep in as it was such a depressing view.

very beautiful, safe and clean location. Staff was very professional and had great personality. Every aspect of the hotel was modern clean and beautiful. Parking in the parking garage across the street was super easy if not wanting to use valet.

The beds and the pillows left a little to be desired. The mattresses are firm and the pillows are flat. our room had zero view literally of offices outside our window so we did keep our drapery close the entire stay until check out I did miss having a flood of natural light in the room. but it was only one night so we didn’t mind much. would not want to stay in this particular room more than the one day.

The front desk staff is very very helpful and try to fulfil all the guests wishes, polite and kind. They attend you always with greetings and a big smile, a real pleasure.

There is a big problem with the window ! It can't be opened, that is absolutely not healthy, because there is no ventilation, that is critical in all times, but specially in times like the present that covid-19 is spreading all around the world. There should be a possibility to open the windows, even if only for a little bit enough to ventilate the room . Air conditioner cannot solve the problem of ventilation!

The lobby is really nice - very aesthetically pleasing. Fresh cucumber water and lavender upon check is a nice welcome. Complimentary morning coffee also great.

The housekeeping service for our room during our stay was poor. This was disappointing considering the nightly rate we paid. I would not stay here again during peak rates.

There was what looked like hardened stool on the base of the toilet. It can't be missed If the bathroom was cleaned throughly, We brought our dog but there was hardly any outdoor grassy area where our dog can do her business.

reception staff depends on the person some nice some quite unwelcoming, but my main issue is i had to load and unload my luggage while the staff was just watching me.
