The facility is about 10 -15 minutes from the convention center. So I would highly recommend this place if you are having a conference at the convention center it is very convenient. The facility is also located near the bus station (70 or 79) so it gives a good alternative if you need to commute using the bus. The facility is very clean and spacious. The TV is working and the bathrooms and very clean. I would book again if the need arises.

The surrounding can be a little scary, with some homeless people and drug addicts. But I talked to some people in the area and they assured me that is it safe. But still, you have to be careful.

The deposit has been a headache. I was charged $300 for my deposit, when I reached out to the owner several times I received no reply. I stayed in February and still have not received my deposit back or a reply .. It’s April. Looks like I will have to start a dispute.

Constant noise from the street below and nearby buildings and businesses. Virtually non-stop ambulance traffic, with sirens and horns, attempting to get through the traffic on the street.

The apartment was lovely and spacious. Very clean and the kitchen was fully appointed.

Could have used more bath towels. If there had been two of us per bedroom the two bath towels and two washcloths per room would not have been enough. An iron to go with the intoning board and a hairdryer would be nice. The first booking was cancelled after I received a confirmation code. I suggest changing the website to verify the necessary information prior to sending the confirmation email. My QR code to open the door never worked. Luckily a desk was attendant was almost always present.

Unfortunately there was someone shot dead literally just yards from where we were staying and it made us very cautious for the last few days of our visit. The area as highlighted in the news report below, has been the centre of some drug dealing for quite awhile. Obviously this wasn’t mentioned when the property was being advertised. Plenty of room for two couples, conveniently located to transit and restaurants.

The outside noise was on the weekend unbearable. The honking and noise level went until 3 am. We need to keep a window open due to allergies so it was especially noticeable. Even if the windows were closed the noise level kept you up most of the night. Also not well stocked, no hand washing dish soap plenty of dishwasher soap but the dishwasher was so dirty we didn’t want to put our dishes into it. We tried for a few days to get more soap but to no avail. They kept thinking we needed dishwasher dish soap. Not enough paper towels or toilet paper for one week stay. We ended up buying our own.

Great location, safe and walkable. the property had all the conveniences and more, modern and spacious parking was secure, safe and reliable

The only complaint I had were the beds and coverlet- the mattresses were super hard and the coverlet was obviously clean but has been washed so many times there are balls of fuzz and pilling- it needs to be replaced. Also, sept is a weird time where it is cooler in the morning and warm by afternoon while the bedrooms had shades, the windows, because they are large and create a wall of windows-which is great, it gets very warm even if the shades are closed- the heat of the sun was coming through and there was AC but not cooling in the bedroom.

Apartment is gorgeous, cosy, clean, excellent location in terms of getting round the city. Few very good local restaurants & interesting shops. Reception were so helpful with recommendations for food too if you don't want to stray too far. Washing machine & dryer were a life saver! Less than 5 min walk to closest metro station. Check in & out process very easy & pure voyage were always quick replying to any questions/messages. Will definitely book again when I'm back in DC.

The scanner for the keycard at the very front door to enter the complex didn't always work, but that's very minor & didn't impact my stay in any way negatively.

The location is near lots of nightlife. The apartment itself has is nice and fully functional (usable and equipped kitchen, separate washer and dryer, 2 full bathrooms, Roku tv’s, plenty of space to live, work, or entertain.

I have stayed here many times and usually it’s impeccably clean but this time I noticed a couple hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor. If nothing is happening at the Howard theater next door, T street feels unsafe late at night between 8th St and 6th ST. 7th St also feels unsafe a half block north or south of T St. Much safer to approach the building from Florida Ave late at night if on foot. Also apartment with terrace did not include a terrace or balcony.

The location in relation to the venue we were going to (next door) was perfect. The apartment was very clean. One of the front desk associates was very nice and helpful! On-site parking was a requirement for me as well which they offer for an additional fee.

I did not like the tent city across the street down one block. Felt like we could not walk around comfortably. I also did not like that we were told all inclusive code but then desk clerk said terrace was for residents only and not short term rentals. Also there were 2 dirty glasses left in the sink from previous guest which I washed for them. Another desk clerk was sleeping when we arrived one evening barely opened eyes to glance at us then said nothing when we said Hello 😊.
