super cozy. wonderful coffee shop. nice work areas.

very low water pressure in shower. can be noisy when people are talking in common areas. a door between common areas and the walkway to the rooms would be helpful to break the sound.

The Hostel was surprisingly comfortable, clean and most friendly. I really enjoyed that I met new people right away down in the lobby. Bathroom and restrooms were clean, everyday cleaning. The metro was one minute away, and yo could reach downtown Washington in 10 minutes (excluding the waiting time for the metro, of course^^). Would stay there definitely again.

No lockers. You had to leave your laptop, tablet in the capsule. No plugins for the Laptop in the capsule, only one plugin in the whole room. USB-plugin didn't work. You couldn't close the capsule from the inside (although the drapes offered enough privacy). No breakfast. The mattress could be bit more back-friendly. Do not spoil the ship for a ha'porth of tar: Put on some lockers!!

Location was close to a metro and bus station. I liked the security for the hostel which I needed a code to get into the building and a different code for the room. It is quiet at night and clean. The capsule pod was roomy, had adjustable lights and AC. There was a new coffee shop constructed in the building.

The capsule pod was made of inexpensive materials. The mattress was thin. The shower was similar to a locker room with only soap.

Very close to metro train. Clean bathrooms and bed linens. Friendly and professional staff. All my questions needs where answered and provided for. Iron and Iron board available. Washer and dryer. There was always toilet tissue, paper towels and soap available in bathrooms. Garbage was always changed. The atmosphere was safe and clean. Capsule was comfortable and clean. Temperature within the sleep areas was pleasant as throughout the facility.

There is normal wear and tear in the hostel it could use a revamp. The outside front of the hotel looks like an abandon building, not welcoming or pleasant to see.

location was awesome bus from union station took me right to the front door great cafe in lobby capsule idea is awesome when you want some alone time

I had a few issues with the codes the door code is changed every Sunday which if your unable to download apps you don’t know about so could be locked out after hours not sure if it was because my room had a balcony but our front door was always open so because of that my original door code was changed as I didn’t use it 24houds also again luckily happened during staffed hours…maybe just better communication or improvements can be made, I’d rather the code stayed there same for peace of mind that I am not going to be locked out at 12am

This place is a minutes walk from the metro (green line) which was perfect for exploring the sights of DC. Friendly and helpful staff. Capsule itself was comfortable, but only one usb charge port so I used my power banks to charge other items which was no big deal. Nice place to stay whilst exploring DC.

Some of the other females in the dorm were incredibly noisy at times during the night/early morning. Not the property’s fault just inconsiderate room buddies!

Check in was easy, and the location was exceptional, being close to the DC metro, several bus stops & amenities and located in a vibrant neighborhood. I found the capsules to be very clean and bright, and the bed linen was very soft! The other guests were pleasant and quiet.

It could be very noisy at night: not from people speaking, but just whenever someone arrived or walked around. Somehow the floor seemed to resonate very heavily with each step. Assuming this is a flooring problem, I understand that this could be very difficult to fix. However, I found it to be a real problem as the noise and vibrations kept waking me up, and I am not a particularly light sleeper. Also, I could not figure out how to turn off the red light in the capsule, so I just had to cover it.

This was our first experience of capsules and we liked the atmosphere, staff, cleanliness, overall great facilities. We could do our laundry at the premises which was really convenient. Had the best coffee ever downstairs and interacting with staff was wonderful as they’re genuinely friendly and helpful. Guests were respectful and quiet so we were able to relax and sleep soundly. There are various events if you’re staying in for the day. Amazing location, metro station around the corner and also famous Ben’s Chili Bowl just short walking distance away. Would be great if there was outdoor space that could be utilized if wanting to get some fresh air or if you’re a smoker to respectfully distance yourself from the premises and other guests.

Only thing we had troubles with was checking-in through the app. As unaware in first instance, had to download it right in front of the entrance, tried to figure out the workarounds, checked-in one person but then got stuck on other person. Luckily it was during the day so there was someone at the reception that helped us out. Afterwards, the app worked great throughout our stay.

Super contactless experience - just follow the instructions in the message they send before you book, which includes needing to download an app. Unlocking the door, checking in and getting into the room where your capsule is in requires this app. I like the privacy of the capsule and that they had a water dispenser to refill your bottle. There is also a laundry / dryer in the building. They also provide basic amenities in the shared showers like mouthwash, sanitary napkins etc. Also GREAT LOCATION right around the corner from the metro, and across the road from the famous Ben's Chillis. I also liked that there was a Capital Bike docking station right across the road, I could easily get a bike and ride down to the museums.

Shared bathrooms with showers are in the basement, although there is a shared toilet and sink area on each floor. Shower stalls use a curtain instead of a door (just a heads up).

Exceeded my expectations when I arrived. Was a bit confused at first when I entered but once I checked in with the self check-in and found out how to get to my room, everything was smooth sailing from there. The little capsules are so cute and spacious, I loved just laying it and enjoying my surroundings. Also, really close to the subway station and a bus stop!! Will definitely stay here again next time I come to DC!!

Self check-in was a little confusing but it was pretty easy once you figure it out!
