Very convenient to the Metro station n a quiet area suitable for walking around without fear of being run over by traffic . All Staff were exceptional!!! Large rooms with a large desk and work area comfortable for 2 people. Pots and pans in the kitchen were good quality and allowed us to cook a few meals in the room.

The housekeeping services were sparse. The building is old and shows wear. Furniture in the room was worn.

The staff were consistently asking how guests were and ensuring they were enjoying their stay. Any time I personally needed something they were more than open to try to offer whatever assistance they could.

I do wish that the fitness center was cooler. Although it said it was set to 65 degrees F, it was definitely warmer and resulted in a slightly uncomfortable work out. I also wish that breakfast had a little more variety from day to day.

Able to accommodate my request for a fragrance free cleaning in the room before hand, excellent and friendly staff, good selection of breakfast options for everyone in the family, including gluten-free diners and dairy, free, etc.

Bathroom is rather small with no vent fan so it gets very hot and humid in there

We had a problem with the sink backing up and they were attentive to our needs. We were on the first floor which was awesome and allowed us access to an additional bathroom if needed. The breakfast was incredible!!!!!

Just the sink back up in the bathroom. But we were only there for one night so it didn't really affect us.

The breakfast was excellent. Simple but enough to start your sightseeing day. All staff in the hotel made you feel at home. They gave us an early check-in, and keep our luggage after we check-out. The beds are comfortable. Not daily cleaning services but if you need anything they provide them immediately. Excellent place, please keep providing your excellent services.

Extremely accommodating staff, very clean facilities and the breakfast was great! It pleased an 8 year old up to a 67 year old. Wonderful proximity to the Metro, good variety of restaurants and a Whole Foods. Beautiful and safe area.

The breakfast had a lot of variety, including fresh fruit. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast very much.

The price point was a bit high, but I am also aware that its location in Foggy Bottom probably is a major influence.

The location was great. The staff were exceptional and everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was the biggest spread that I had ever seen. If you are travelling with kids and/or family, this is the best option to get fueled up before hitting the sites of DC.

Location is excellent, did not need a car. Breakfast had varied options, and the coffee was hot and fresh. Didn't use the kitchen, but Whole Foods was close by--an easy walk if we wanted to make use of the kitchen.

The toiletries weren't fully stocked, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Room was comfy, breakfast was great, excellent mattress, and fantastic location. Staff so friendly!

Was there during renovation and the elevators were a mess. But I'm sure that's a very temporary situation!
