Comfort Inn Federal Way - Seattle

Super nice staff, great breakfast, and nice pool/spa area. The room and bathroom were clean.

Only 1 elevator was working for a 4 floor hotel, and it was a busy weekend there. We had to wait for the elevator all the time. Our room was great, but muggy all the time, we needed to keep the air conditioning going all the time. With it being so muggy, there was mold in the window seal and spots around the air-conditioner.

The breakfast was great. And the location was very accommodating close to lot's of stores, a mall, and movie's. My brother and I was in a fire, and the staff was very helpful, they gave us great deals on our room, they helped us out a lot. Very friendly and caring, and I will recommend this Hotel to everyone.

I liked the whole experience we had at this Hotel. And the staff went above and beyond, to make our stay, something to remember. There was nothing we didnt like, our stay was great.

It was a beautiful room. The walls are thick as well as the floors.

Staff was a bit unprofessional. Manager had what I assume was family hanging around outside. He wasn't dressed very professional at all, his belly was hanging out the bottom of his shirt. There was a family ahead of us who's reservation got moved to a different location without their knowledge and the front desk girls were so rude to them for being upset about not being informed of the change.

Breakfast was satisfactory and loved the access to tea through out the day. For the purpose of my visit, location was perfect. I really loved my time there and thank you for allowing me almost an entire month's stay.

Making the rooms a bit more sound proof - had quite a bit of noise from room above and could hear voices in the passage way.

The clerk at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We had a small issue with the AC in our room and her changed rooms for us without a problem.

The breakfast attendant didn't keep the food stocked very well. The coffee was watered down.

Bed was comfy, nice sized room with a good desk and TV. Staff was friendly.

Bathroom was really small, breakfast was only okay, not great but not terrible. The place was a bit noisy with lots of renovations going on.

If there is an amenity you are desiring it is probably close by. The property had a pool and breakfast on-site, neither of which I took advantage of, but both looked great. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows! A major bonus!

The only complaint I have is I would have like more towels, but I feel like that is a common desire regardless of the property and I’m sure they would have been happy to provide them if I asked.

Breakfast was simple, a couple of different options, mainly eafgles and oatmeal , there were also cereal and yogurt, and frozen breakfast sandwiches. Athwre was a fridge and microwave in the room and the beds were big and comfy. Staff seemed nice.. lots of restaurants and stores near the hotel.

it had a good, well stocked morning breakfast and the pool was actually open.

it’s in a somewhat weird location, veryclose to major highways, which can be a big pro, but also a bit of a con, it was also pretty pricey..

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Real scrambled eggs(not the weird microwave stuff). Biscuits and gravy and sausage. The pool was warm and open until midnight. Rooms were standard but clean. Close to a lot of restaurants and Wild Waves.
