Room was super clean. Bed was freshly made and very clean. Very basic, but you get what you pay for. Good value , especially when you consider the cheap price. Other similarly priced places in local area do not come close to matching value or cleanliness.

Nothing really negative about experience here. Lady at front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was helped immediately and very expeditiously. No complaints.

Conveniently located off I-5, outside of town. Within walking distance of restaurants amd convenience stores. This hotel has some of the best rates in town.

The $100 that is required to be placed on hold on your account in addition to the room charge. I can see if someone is paying cash then this would be a legitimate charge to recoup any damages. Now I have to wait for that hold to be cleared off my account.

The front staff is always extremely friendly and respectful. As well as staff does a great job of keeping the property free of people that are not actually renting rooms. That is very appreciated these days.

It would be nice if they had weekly or monthly deals.

Staff were on top of getting things handled when an incident happened.

Rooms need to have more routine maintenance on piping. Drain pipe in the upstairs bathroom broke and spilled into our room.

I understand that this is an older building, however the neighbor had a large dog that barked most of the night. When we checked out there was no one in the office for us to turn the key into. I ended up just leaving the key on the counter with a note stating we had left. 9:24am on 1/22/23

I thought the staff was very professional and friendly. I felt the price I paid was very fair for the quality of the room. I would and will stay there again. Thank you for a nice evening.

I had no idea that hotels stopped supplying shampoo and cream rinse for washing your hair. I suppose they are assuming that people take their own while traveling? In the future I'll have to remember to do this. If you are traveling to this hotel then I suggest you bring your own.

The room was amazing and the bed so comfortable. staff was super nice and right across the street there is two conscience stores for snacks and goodies. The place is under construction which wasn’t a bother at all it’s exciting to see how great it’s going to be!

It’s was nice And quiet, the bed was super comfy. Didn’t like the new shower head as it took most of the water pressure away that was there the last time we stayed at this location but overall it was good. The rooms do need updated microwaves tho.

The staff were willing to help me stay comfortable by getting me a microwave, helping me switch rooms when I had an issue, were very nice and accommodating

Nice staff and great price. Right off the freeway which was convenient for us.

Little run down and a lot of permanent guests which were noisy but they were all friendly.
