The parking lot was great we were able to park close to our room and not carry our bags through the hotel. The location of the hotel to some of the main attractions in Gatlinburg, is very good. The view from our room was also very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The traffic getting to the hotel is awful. We were a bit surprised by that. We discovered we should have researched the area better. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as the wait for food was longer than we cared to wait.

Room was larger and very clean. Just off highway. About a mile from Centralia College.

Under renovation. Lobby area draped from ceiling to floor with plastic tarps. Back door lock was broken, forcing access from front or side entries. If it matters to you, bathroom was claustrophobically small.

I have been staying down there for a few years and they have always accommodated me as to which floor I'd like, or any questions I may have. The facilities are clean, and they are good at answering any questions and are friendly upon arriving and leaving.

The fridge did freeze on me but it was my fault for not checking the controls on it.

Breakfast was continental, orange juice was good and coffee was good. We requested room near door so we could take our dog outside easily and they were able to accommodate us.

There is no grassy area to walk pets. Beds creaked when getting up and down to use restrooms, but we're comfortable.

What we most appreciated was the cleanliness of the room. Thank you for caring. The staff was really great.

The thermostat on the heater/air conditioner had a mind of it's own and either was blowing hot or cold on its own throughout the night. The beds were not the most comfortable but as we stayed only one night so it was ok.

I had a reservation, planned to speak at Washington University, but fires and Go now alerts happened at our home. The staff canceled my reservation at the last minute without an issue. I sooooo appreciate it. And our home is safe, the fire was contained early Sat. morning. Thank you.

convenient reasonable price clean

bathroom had a bathtub would have preferred a real shower. looked like a water leak had been in the bathroom and molding was separating from the wall

Loved the accommodations. Everything was clean and working well. I felt very safe (traveling alone).

The only thing that made it difficult to sleep was how loud the doors and fans and refrigerator were. I swear every time I left my room it echoed down the hall, but on the other hand I was grateful to have a very secure door!

The staff are amazing! The property is clean and well maintained. We added a room last minute for family and they were so accommodating to our needs. When we needed something in our room they brought it to us too.

The bed. It was very lumpy and uncomfortable. I really think our room needed a new one. Oh and the AC unit was very loud. We didn't discover that until very late and were to tired to do anything about it.

The room was clean and spacious. We slept comfortably, and it was quiet. The mini-fridge and microwave were very handy to have. The breakfast was even better than we had expected. Very easy to get on/off the freeway from this location.

There were plenty of people walking around either without masks or had them dangling off their face. None of the employees said anything to them about needing to wear their masks inside. Very disappointing.
