The gentleman at the check-in desk, was extremely friendly and helpful. He always had a smile on his face, positive attitude, and provided excellent customer service. He made my daughter and I feel right at home.

There were a few stains on the walls which I cleaned myself with a chlorox disinfecting wipe. Some of them would not come off. My daughter was disappointed the pool was outdoors and the weather was too cold to use it. The continental breakfast could be improved. It needed more variety and hot food options.

Location worked for what I needed, cheapest lodging in the area.

Appeared to be blood on the radiator near the bed, shower curtain bar was falling off the wall. The desk light plug was broken and when you attempted to unplug a recharge chord, live wires were exposed. Breakfast was not available at 0630 like it said it was supposed to be. I came down to a dark and locked breakfast room at 0630 and only had a few minutes and could not wait to see if they ever open it up.

Noisy location. The tiled floors in our room were sticky. Just one waste basket in the room. They advertised free breakfast at 7:00 am but when I went there at 7:20 the presumptive owner said the guy who did the breakfast “didn’t show up” so he got the coffee going. Had to ask for more Kleenex and toilet paper. The AC thankfully worked but was so loud I had to turn it off so I could fall asleep. The toilet would continuously run after flushing.

There was blood on the bedspread, when I pulled back the sheets to get into bed the was more blood on the sheets along with what looked like makeup on both sheets and pillow case. I tried calling the front desk to ask to change rooms and no answer. I started itching and kept noticing black specks on the white blanket/sheets. I realized it was fleas. Tried contacting the front desk again... Again no luck!! After a total of six attempts as well as going downstairs to complain, still had no luck. I ended up counting 29 bites on my legs alone. There was hair in the shower and crumbs on the bathroom floor.

All the tweakers and drug addicts running around the property, paid for 1 night, and we didn't even stay 2 hours until we moved to a different hotel...
