Relax Inn Chehalis

When I read about Relax Inn online, the key words were cleanliness and a comfortable bed. I also appreciated that there was a fridge, which we always need when we travel, and a microwave, which is a bit more optional. When I asked where we might find a good dinner, Sharon suggested the South Pacific Bistro. We look forward to enjoying future meals there.

I like to have a lamp on both sides of the bed. Very few places provide this, so it was not unusual. Also, the space between the bed and the wall was somewhat confining. But we would come again when our travel plans would need a stop in Lewis County along I-5.

The room was spotless. The clean scent permeated the room space. The location was wonderful. The owners were thoughtful, present and the entire place showed pride of ownership. The bathroom had been redone recently. The proximety of car-to-room was fantastic - we were able to park right outside the door. The heat worked well, the TV was nice. We had a room with 2 queen beds and there was a lot of space to stretch out.

The beds were okay, but could have been a little more comfortable. The bedspread was sliky and felt a little odd next to my skin. Pretty sure that was to remove stains easily though. The freezer inside the room fridge was frozen over, There were a couple dusty nooks and crannies in the bathroom - but overall, the room was MUCH better than some I've stayed in - and we paid a lot less than the room was worth - in my opinion. Comperable rooms were going for significantly more.

We like how clean, spacious and comfortable our room was. Also, the quiet and safety place this hotel is, even when is located close to the I-5. In general its location is perfect, with accessibility to the town, restaurants, groceries stores, gas stations, parks and entertainments. The parking lot is well illuminated, with vigilant cameras, the room access is easy too. The price is totally affordable and right for what you received.

We could find anything to complain.

the jetted tub was so luxurious! it is huge, definitely big enough for 2 people. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were wonderful! my husband and I keep talking about how comfy it was and wanting to finish out where to buy the pillows and mattress! would definitely recommend staying here!

it was cold when we got to the room, it would have been nice to have the heat turned up a little knowing we were coming.

Easy access from the highway and to get into Chehalis. Beautiful flowers and attractive appearance. However, the room was quite small and dark. No connection to the hotel, but a very nice seafood restaurant round the corner.

Main train line directly beside the property but fortunately no trains going through overnight. Rooms were in need of updating.

The motel was priced appropriately for the area. Room was clean and has the usual amenities. There was a very nice French door that opened onto a large balcony which was nice. The grounds were beautifully landscaped. It is within walking distance of several restaurants.

It was just fine. An older motel with a loud air conditioner. Nicer than I expected.

I was greeted by a nice gentleman at the counter. He explained everything, gave instruction on where the room was and how the wifi worked. The room was very clean and neat. The hardwood floors are lovely. The jet tub is amazing. Coffee in the room was a plus . The bed was clean and was fresh. Checkout in the morning was easy. A woman took my keys and we left. This is a modest place to stay.

It was very clean and in good order. A bit dated but well kept. Happy about WiFi and tv, frig and microwave. Continental breakfast the definition of- but for a motel, also very welcome and adequate.

There didn’t seem to be any heat control in the room. Location was convenient, close to highway but not too noisy. Great coffee stop nextdoor. Bathroom very dated but clean.

Price, no bugs, and quieter than expected by the freeway.

Room was musty smelling, coffee pot hadn't been cleaned and one of the lights was out. Also couldn't get any hot water from the sink, slightly warm after running for 10 minutes. Shower warm enough to shower, but barely.

The hotel was nicely setup for an overnight stay. It was close to the state parks we were looking to explore and close to several good restaurants. We were very happy with the facilities all round.

We liked everything about this hotel. We found very little to complain about.
