My daughter and I treated ourselves to this hotel because of the location to bus depot and T-Mobile Park. It's a little pricier than what we can afford but we saved up and it paid off in the end. CONVENIENCE is everything. We took a ferry to Vancouver from Nanaimo and bus from Vancouver to Seattle. We didn't have to spend extra money or our time on cabs, and for food, the breakfast buffet held us over the whole game (food price in stadium is crazy) Our bus leaving Seattle was at 4:45 and even going into extra innings we didn't have to leave too early to grab our bags from hotel and hit the station.

A truly excellent hotel. The facilities, including a large swimming pool and hot tub, were excellent, and the staff were so accommodating. Our room was extremely comfortable, with an amazing view out over the city. The buffet breakfast, with made-to-order omelettes - which were huge! - was a great way to start the day, and the evening reception was a lovely way to finish it. If you're coming for a sports or music event at the stadium, it's literally next door, whilst the downtown tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. Definitely stay here if you can.

Nothing!

We got an upgrade to a Kingsize bed room (which is larger than the Murphy bed), very comfortable, spacious. Loved that they had Starbucks filter coffee in the rooms as well as during breakfast (afterall it's Seattle!). The facilities were great ; gym, pool, hot tub and on-site 13Coins restaurant open till late. Their happy hour 5-6.30 pm had free drinks/wine and snacks. We actually chose this hotel for location, right next to Kings station to take our train for weekend in Portland. The hotel were great to store our big luggage overnight, till we came back to check-in again.

Maid service is every 5 days, maybe it should go for every 3 days

Great front desk staff. Very clean and comfortable, the bed was fabulous. Big roomy shower with lots of water pressure. Really enjoyed the 2nd floor happy hour, great way to meet new people. The breakfast was amazing, so many choices including an omelet bar. The restaurant 13 coins is superb, the food, the servers, the chefs, we will definitely visit again.

The one and only thing I disliked was the sliding doors on the bathroom as there is a gap when closed, I prefer more privacy than that particular door offers. It would have been a bigger issue if we were rooming with others.

Located right across the parking lot from the Seattle football and baseball fields, and next door to the train/bus station, this place was hopping! We ended up being upgraded to a suite, which was great except for the non-closing sliding barn doors to the bathroom (with kids)! Views of downtown and the waterfront were amazing at sunset!

Initially they wanted us to move rooms, but once we were re-packed and in the lobby they changed their minds and allowed us to stay in the same room.

Accessibility

Upon arriving I found a used floss pick in the window sill. It made me second guess the cleanliness of my suite. At that time I chose not to complain. It wasn’t until I showered and realized during my shower that the shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty, I was very upset. I decided then to call the front desk and share my experience with them. The front desk was great, very apologetic and sent housekeeping to my suit to replenish the toiletries and clean up the left floss pick

Location was perfect for our trip. The breakfast buffet and especially the omelet order was delicious. I loved the soda machine and the ability to drink no or low calorie drinks.

We were disappointed that our room was not cleaned daily. We had to call the first night for towels and then we requested cleaning service for the rest of our stay. We did not get it and it was not disclosed at check in.

Super convenient location for Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, Amtrak, metro and bus services. Easy to get to from I-5 and WA-99 too. Pool and afternoon reception are also handy. Room was comfy enough - we slept on a double sofa bed pull-out and the kids had the beds in the bedroom area. Fine for 3 nights but you wouldn't have wanted to be that cramped for any longer. Hotel looks/feels modern. Parking expensive but convenient on-site secure lot.

Pool was murky and jacuzzi area had a layer of slime. Not sure if supposed to look like that or just how it is after a day of heavy use (hotel was busy due to Mariner's game) but not the most appealing. Shame as the views from the pool area were stunning.

Location and presentation were top notch.

The restaurant associate with Hotel for room service was a disaster. Difficulty of site for ordering and value of the food was close to ruining the experience. I don’t mind spending $100 dollars on room service but the food better have me wanting to come back just for the food. I told y friend I would be upset if that was the burger I received in a 2/$7 deal. Fries were excellent, but burger was less than acceptable. Breakfast was excellent, almost made up for poor dinner experience.
