I don’t know that I have ever stayed at a hotel that had all of the bases covered so well. The entire facility was clean and fresh and welcoming. It seemed like it’s pretty new. The staff is very friendly. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and welcoming. I have already shared with local and traveling family members. They are pleased to have a place closer to their destination visiting family and friends. The king sized bed we had was super comfortable.

We arrived later in the evening and the front desk staff was very cheerful and helpful despite the late hour. She made us feel welcome immediately. The hotel was just recently renovated and it is beautifully decorated. The breakfast was wonderful. The biscuits and gravy tasted homemade (because I am pretty sure they were!). I had to take a biscuit for the road because they were so addictive. Lots of breakfast options, both hot and cold. I didn't swim in the pool but my kids did and they loved it. They said it was one of their favourite pools.

The location could be better. It was a little difficult to find at first, especially since the outside is still under renovations. Due to the renovations, there is construction around the building which is unsightly, provides barriers to parts of the building and reduces available parking.

We frequent Spokane every few months and this is our new go-to hotel. Super friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and they serve breakfast and cookies at 7pm! It might be a little pricey but it's worth it for a night or two. We've stayed in much worse in Spokane for similar prices and would never go back.

There was construction happening on the building. Not while we were there thankfully but I can see how that would make someone's experience much worse.

beautiful hotel easy to find and very clean

the only issue was the African American front desk helper. We had decided to go purchase some snacks from the little hotel store for a fun night in and someone else was checking us out. he thought it was appropriate to come out from the back room look at what we were purchasing, shake his head, say “good god” and walk away while still shaking his head. throughout the stay he had the worst attitude and always seemed mad/irritated even to other guests. The rest of the staff more than made up for his negativity as they were all helpful and really made the stay a totally seamless experience.

Staffing was excellent. Helpful at all times. Also, the pool and exercise room were open 24 hours. That really helped. Breakfast was a great variety and my boys said delicious.

In room trash bags were not opened into the receptacles before being tied around them. I would have received a phone call if the reception staff had known how to transfer an incoming call to my room.

The ADA room we requested was great, good support and bars to grip to get in and out of the shower, use the toilet, etc. Bathroom large enough for a wheelchair. Also located very near the elevator.

It's a bit noisy. You can hear your neighbors, but they provide earplugs. Also, our room was facing their construction site, which meant the bright lights they leave on all night to ward off thieves shone into our room. Luckily the curtains were thick and blocked it out.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and didn't feel gross or old. The hallways smelled so good. The area was really nice and also had lots of food options at a walking distance. We would definitely recommend but also want to be greedy 🤷🏻‍♀️

The elevator shocked us every single time we touched it. I know this isn't something that can be controlled but it still sucked. Really the only negative of this place.

The front desk was exceptionally friendly, intelligent and welcoming. I had stopped at another motel (Quality Inn) where 1 of the front desk reception’s glared at me. I was dressed in ripped jeans and a plain top. Due to the fact Quality Inn couldn’t meet my needs, they referred me to Best Western Plus. So glad they did!!! Cleanliness. Courtesy. Great breakfast! Warm, and respectful staff.

The price was a bit steep.

I had one problem. I am about 5 ft. The beds where too high for me so I slept on the sofa. For persons of my height or smaller I would make 2 suggestion. A step that you could provide or a light blanket for use on the sofa. By the way, the sofa was comfortable. My husband was taller so did not have my problem! Food was delicious especially the scrambled eggs.

Pulling into the parking lot the building seems ordinary - even bland. But upon stepping into you’ll be greeted with friendly staff, clean rooms and great amenities. They had great camera coverage in the parking lot, a designated pet area and a laundry room.
