Restaurant experience after our evening show of Jo Koy. Your Hostess was gracious enough to not only continue to greet and seat partons .. she took our table and provided excellent service. There was a light level of personnel available, she took initiative. (I like that) Our room was spacious, like the walk in shower, overlooked Riverfront Park. I needed to construct a purchase offer for my Buyer ... not a huge fan of laptops or utilizing my phone for this task. Went down to the Business Center, made my ability to provide for my client while on the road, less worrisome. Big plus, we purchased coffee and breakfast items from your coffee shop ... the blueberry muffins had one of my family members turning over a new leaf. Not normally a fan of blueberry muffins, this one would change their mind!!!! *I may have to pry the secret recipe away from your bakers! lol* Unless you deliver??!!! On a whim of researching for amenities near First Interstate Center for the Arts, your hotel came to the top of my list. Without hesitation, reserved a room for our evening in Spokane. Our overall experience was delightful and beyond expectations!

We loved the multiple bars and restaurants inside the hotel. If the weather is bad out you can easily stay in the hotel. Also lots of options within walking distance. Our room probably had the best shower I have ever had!

It was a little pricey but worth paying a little extra once in a while. However we thought $25 a night for parking was a little steep but not a deal breaker. The one thing that did rub us the wrong way was the fact that there was not a refrigerator in our room and when we asked about moving to another room with a refrigerator, we were told they would bring us one to the room we were in for a $15 fee. For what we paid for the room I think they could have provided the refrigerator without an extra charge. We also would have tipped the person who brought it to us so that would’ve really been $20 so that we could have cold waters and milk for my coffee in the morning. We did not take the refrigerator. We just had to do without it :(

The hotel is huge! The lobby, the rooms, the beds, all extremely spacious which was wonderful. The location is right downtown next to riverside park which made walking around and exploring super easy. The beds were sooooo comfy and the service was wonderful. We were only here for one night and I wish we could have stayed much longer!

There was a robe in our room that hadn’t been cleaned, we didn’t report it though as it wasn’t a huge deal.

The room was lovely and very comfortable - elegant. All of the amenities and the shower was particularly nice! We had our grandson with us so location across from the park was perfect. We opted for the breakfast included in the room fee and it was very delicious. We always stay at one of the Davenport hotels and we are never disappointed.

Nothing! Oh, that we couldn't stay longer!

Comfy beds, lots of pillows. Spacious rooms. Nice terrace with fireplaces to enjoy outside. Right next to a cycling and walking trail. Good valet service. Allowed a late checkout with no hassle.

Water temp in shower fluctuated with every shower. Service can be difficult to get on the terrace. Express checkout process on the tv probably takes longer than just going to the desk. Housekeeping didn't get to my room even when I had the housekeeping notification on the door.

Size of room and location

No housekeeping! Had to request and even after two separate requests we received no service. The pillows are so thin. Even though we had 5 on each bed they flattened to nothing. And valet parking took forever. Our car was too tall with roof box to enter parking structure at self park so we were forced to use valet. At $35 a day plus tips, it was ridiculous.

The entire room was way above any expectations I had. We got the penthouse suite on the 17th floor (top floor) and we couldn’t have been prepared for how luxurious the entire suite was. This is our second time staying here after having such a fantastic stay last year. And we will be staying here every summer, absolutely the BEST hotel I’ve ever set foot in!

Nothing, it was PERFECT!

Great room, comfortable furnishings and an excellent location - very close to all of the things we wanted to do. We also liked the view and the convenient in and out parking.

The walk up bar and firepits on the deck were great, but they were almost never bussed, so lots of dirty glasses and empty cans built up in the seating areas. That wasn't very inviting. Occasional sweeps to pick up dirty glassware would have made that part of the hotel experience much more pleasant.

Beautiful elegant hotel right in downtown. A two king room was huge and very comfortable. As a designer, it was cool that they have an Arne Jacobsen Egg Chair in the rooms, and Barcelona chairs throughout the lobby and halls.

We were there for a concert at the arena and had to drive, even though it was about 5 mins. It felt a little too close to drive, but too far to walk especially at night. The hotel advised us not to walk and I agree. Also, our room had no fridge. We looked everywhere if it was hidden. We had a whole pizza from Allie’s and were very sad there wasn’t a fridge. It was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at with no fridge, even a super 8 had one.

Not a consistency in food prep meaning taste....same meal, dessert or alcoholic beverage would taste differently..... they need to train staff, cooks, chefs bartender s to provide excellent taste, quality of food , drinks ALL THE TIME...that is a MUST for those of us who are staying in the Penthouse suite!! C'mon Ps THE PHONE IN ROOM DID NOT WORK PROPERLY
