Beautiful old hotel that has been completely renovated. Big rooms, comfortable beds, really clean bathroom. Breakfast with the hotel was nice and right next door. Choices were many and food was very good.

I was disappointed that when I checked out, I was not given a receipt for charges - even though I asked for one. It caused much confusion when I got home and saw that I had been charged $100 for coverage of expenses at the hotel and then was also charged for those expenses (drinks at the coffee bar). When I called the hotel, I didn't receive any help. I asked for a call back from a manager but didn't ever receive. one. I had to call Booking.com to sort the whole thing out. What a hassle.

Now this is a hotel as it should be! Beautiful building, great room, very helpful and kind staff and lovely breakfast. Although we didn't have diner in the hotel, the menu looked great. The bed was high quality and even the gym was good. Although there is no parking near the hotel, they have a good valid parking service. What makes it all almost perfect, is that the price is very good. Good value for the money!

Nothing really. Perhaps some minor comments (that's why I don't give a 10/10 😜). There is no locker in the room and also a refrigerator is missing. This last item would be nice during our stay, since we bought some drinks. Now we had to drink our beers immediately. No punishment, but still.... Furthermore the service for valid parking is excellent, but not cheap. It would be great to know the price in advance. Not that we would decide differently, by the way.

We had a "no view" inside room, and although we were very close to the active train track thru Spokane, it did not wake you up like it can at the Old Davenport. The room was very quiet, never heard the "neighbors". We ate breakfast at the hotel 3 days and it was reasonably (surprisingly) priced and good.

The Valet service was slow due to apparent understaffing, and the car drop off and pick up area were congested. No porter service was offered, so we had to get the luggage laden cart through two sets of double doors, that had one inoperable, so it was often awkward. There was a homeless gathering spot on the other side of the tracks, and I had to WALK past/through them twice and was never hassled or even acknowledged, so no issue whatsoever.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a cool vibe. The attached restaurant was good, with a delicious breakfast. I had a hardy delicious omelette and a cappuccino. The staff were very helpful. Valet parking in a secured parking lot, which is comforting if you leave anything in your car.

The neighborhood felt dangerous. When I arrived I had to wait for over 15 minutes to parking in the valet drop-off area, while 2 cars finished what appeared to be a drug deal. Parking was $30 and valet parking is the only real option because street parking, with bikes on a bike rack and goods in my car, felt like a prescription for theft or damage.

VERY friendly staff that went over and above to accomodate our needs! Even allowed us to store our bags, not only on the day of checking out but also a few days later when we were in Spokane again, which was SO nice of them. Breakfast was good and à la carte, free for Genius members. Gym was very large and well-equipped with new machines. Late check-in after midnight was no problem, and we were even offered a late checkout due to our late arrival. Room was very spacious, modern, and clean with huge bed and additional couch. Bathroom was large and clean with free toiletries. Downstairs lobby was tastefully decorated.

Room door was very loud, impossible to open without waking the other person up.

The location was excellent, quite close to the Spokane falls and park and main shopping street and yet not on a busy road. Breakfast was very good too. My room was very comfortable and stylishly decorated. My bed was really comfortable and the pillows were heavenly.

They only clean your room upon request. This is fine, but they should inform you when you arrive that this is their policy. I thought one of the receptionists was not very considerate in that he saw me struggling taking my luggage in and out of their storage room on my last day and he just stood there watching. It’s not ideal that there is a railway line close to the hotel (behind it) with noisy cargo trains.

Had to get a last-minute reservation for an unplanned overnight in Spokane. Everyone on the staff was friendly and super helpful. The building has a cool older vibe that they definitely maintained through a remodel. My room was well-decorated, clean, and comfortable. The staff also made some great dinner recommendations for restaurants nearby as the hotel is easily within walking distance of several options for that and shopping.

The hotel is on the edge of an area that is a little rougher than some of the other areas of downtown Spokane. Just needed to make sure that you were headed in the right direction when out and about.

We loved the full hot breakfast every morning with excellent service. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. This hotel while old has a lot of history and there was much to see everywhere.

The only thing thought could be done improve visibility in the hotel rooms was to wash the windows behind the front screen. It was very difficult to see out the windows with all the dirt spots on the window. Washing the windows would very much make an improvement overall in visual clarity.

Location was good. It was easy to get to from the highway. Room was excellent, quiet, and very comfortable. Liked the decor and the hardwood floor instead of being fully carpeted. Bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom fan exhaust was not working very well. Smells from the bathroom gravitated to the main room. Check in was a little stressed because of limited parking in front of the lobby. It was full when we first arrived and had to wait until someone left. (Street parking only in front of the hotel, no dedicated check in spot)

Check-in. Restaurant. Most of the employees. Even the other guests were as congenial as could be. The location is perfect for travel in & out of Spokane, right off of the highway, close to the airport, downtown & hospital.

Tough times for inner city neighborhoods. Not Hotel Indigo's fault. After a five hour journey, my wife & I were tired & bickering about bathing our 14-month-old upon entering our room. We received a domestic disturbance call. First off, apologies to Hotel Indigo, but that was a bit much. Maybe the walls are thin? When I did go down to the lobby/restaurant I heard an employee speaking about the call with other guests while they watched me play with my daughter. That was too much and completely inappropriate. Anyhow, we loved it there and apologize for the misunderstanding.
