Room was great. Breakfast was okay.

Really wish they could have accommodated my request to be close to my disabled sister. Also one of the automated doors was broken and my sister had a hard time with it. No wheelchair accessibility to the back doors - my sister uses a scooter and couldn't get up the curbs where the receptionist said would be best to park. All seemed like you're not that sensitive to those who are disabled. Probably won't bring her here again. Lastly - The breakfast was a little disappointing - not enough healthy stuff and not much for a vegetarian. It would really be nice to have a pot of oatmeal like so many other places have. Coffee machine was broken so we had to go into the lobby - why couldn't you bring thermos' into the breakfast room - easy to do.

The staff was great and the lobby was set up nicely, with water for guests, etc. Nice to have separate entrances, especially with pets.

The grassy areas weren’t really sufficient for pets…more like rock and mud. And there wasn’t a lot of “room” in the rooms…every space was taken up by something, so we ended up eating our take out on the bed. Was surprised that there wasn’t a bin for recycling as well.

Very nice staff & breakfast was great. The pool looked awesome but didn't have time to enjoy it this visit. I also loved the little goodie bags for the doggos.

Parking was tough with the hotel being at capacity and arriving at 130am. Our bathroom smelled like someone had smoked cigarettes in there recently. Honestly a little spendy for my budget but compared in the area this was the best price we could find that took dogs.

I just have a word for my stay !!! Perfectly ..everything was so perfect beds are so comfy room was clean:) breakfast super complete. My kid loves the pool. I will definitely come again

Wide variety of breakfast items to choose from and use of laundry room. Bring change $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry.

Crowd control trying to sleep and some inebriated male knocking on my door at 2 am. Last time I stayed. This time just early birds nothing can be done about that.

The breakfast was a step or two above most breakfasts included at hotels. The room was clean, large, and everything worked. My room was very quiet. I would stay here again.

There really aren't any restaurants within walking distance but I did have a car with me so it was not a big deal

The property appeared newly remodeled or updated inside and out. Everything was super clean and roomy. Very quiet room in the back of the building, which we requested and was fulfilled. Breakfast had many options for meat eaters and vegetarians.

Could have used some oatmeal for a healthy hot cereal option, but there was enough variety for most people.

Great location in North Spokane with easy access parking and a wonderful comfortable lobby with two computer stations. Warm cookies in the lobby if desired as an evening snack. The front desk receptionists were alert, friendly and efficient. My room on the first floor with two queen beds was quiet, clean, comfortable (with plenty of pillows) and close to the dining area. Speaking of…GREAT hot breakfast! Fresh fruit options, and a good variety of muffins and cold cereals, as well as “to go” Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches available! The large dining area allowed for adequate social distancing. Overall my stay was excellent—would definitely stay again!😊

Staff, friendly and helpful, couteous Pool & Hot tub are always a nice amenity Children stayed free. Nice, clean room Close to where I needed to go and a fairly good part of town. Will stay again, good price.

Everything was good.

Pool was open 24 hours, which was nice for my teens while my wife and I were able to get to sleep at a decent hour in silence while they swam and played bourd gamed outside of the room.. Also Breakfast was great and was available up until 10am for the late risers..
