Courtyard Beckley

Did not have breakfast.

We were placed in room 212. The room itself was excellent except for the fact that we could hear the washing machines making noise next to us. We called the front desk and they said it would stop very soon and it did. The rest of the early evening was quiet and we slept well. The problem was that they started washing very early the next morning, maybe 6:30 am and that was not appreciated. If not for this issue I would have given the place an excellent overall rating.

we’ll maintained. fire in the courtyard was nice. the food and menu were terrific. the staff were helpful and friendly.

The expense. Rates at half what we paid were quoted to other guests while I was at the desk. We notified the staff we were there for a funeral. no attempt at accommodations were made.

Clean. Convenient

Confusion over payment .. Desk person said they don't like working with third-party. Wasn't sure if I was being charged by hotel or Booking.com or both .

I didn’t like the musky smell it had in my room. also, it was supposed to be a pet friendly hotel. My husband went out to smoke and someone brought their dog in the side doors. I’m highly allergic to dogs or I wouldn’t care cause I love animals.

The staff members that provided check in services were quite pleasant my entire stay. The young lady that worked at Starbucks provided excellent breakfast sandwiches. She was courteous and professional.

Caulking around shower floor needed to be redone. The cosmetics of the current shower floor (caulking) wasn't appeasing (for my room). Other than that, all was nice.

The staff were amazing and extremely accommodating. They were able to place my family of five in adjoining rooms which made for a pleasant stay. Just a very nice experience overall!

We had to pay for breakfast at the hotel and were hoping for complimentary breakfast. We left the hotel for a local restaurant to eat. That is my only complaint.

Free breakfast would have been nice! The hotel was lovely.

Not a "free" breakfast. Over priced. Not a full service restaurant. Order at the counter.

Air conditioner cycled on at 3am. Very noisy but only did it one time the rest of the night it was OK but it woke my wife and I up.

Walking distances to either Chick-fil-A or Outback Steakhouse. It was good location for my business travel purpose and was very happy being close to the interstate. The staff was very kind and helpful. As a truck driver, driving overnight and very tired and wanting to sleep on bed in am, staff was very kind to let me check in early and that was excellent service to me, so give them 10 star rating!

No comment. Nothing disappointed me at all about my stay.

The location was awesome. Did not eat breakfast onsite, opted instead for breakfast at adjacent Chic-fil-a

Parking was inconvenient; lot was very near full and spaces were narrow.
