The eggs were well-scrambled and I like that. Large sausage patties. Bacon. A choice of muffins and a sweet roll. Juices. Good coffee. The waffle maker was empty and no batter ready but hey we were late for breakfast, it was almost over, we did not want waffles anyway !!! A good breakfast !! I really liked the bathroom. The square sink. The bar of soap smelled wonderful. The black tissue box.

Jim said the hot water in the shower could have been hotter.

Well, I have stayed at many different places over time. Other places have different convenience’s The bed was very comfortable, The TV lacked some more channels, one scew was missing on the bathroom light switch. & one of the pull handle on th Dresser was lose. But, I did forget my one thing that I had put in the refridge. I hoping to get it back soon.

Room was very nice. The hotel is going through renovations so there was fencing around and construction materials. A little unsightly but not a major problem.

There was only one working elevator and it got stuck one time. With a room on the 7th floor we had no option but to wait. I was worried if there was an emergency would everyone make it out ok.

The room was great, quiet as requested and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. Breakfast was good except for the broken waffle dispenser.

the waffle dispenser for batter had a broken dispenser but everything else worked. it would have been nice to see the batter in a pitcher or other container to pour instead of just saying it broke yesterday and have nothing done to make the breakfast work.

The bed was sooo comfy!!

Breakfast items were out at 9 when we got there. No yogurt, no apple juice, only 1 bagel left, 1 muffin left. Still had it up an hour. It should have been fully stocked. And it was dirty. Nobody was cleaning as people were fixing waffles and eating. Tables dirty.

Staff was very friendly at check in. After 5 min of getting to my room the front desk called me to make sure my room was up to my standings. I was really surprised by that no hotel that I ever stayed at ever did that. Breakfast was very good. Definitely would stay there again.

Absolutely nothing

This is economical stay in downtown Charleston. I have stayed here a dozen times over the last five years. The rooms are average and every time I have stayed it has been quiet. You can park for free at the facility. It's a three-block walk to a movie theater, a five-block walk to a downtown mall and to the Convention Center.

Short motorcycle trip to Charleston, needed a hotel for an evening in downtown, with no car, so we walked to downtown, which was great. Hotel is good for the money spent, but nothing fancy or special. Just convenient and good standards

only thing I didn’t like was the water temp. we had to run the water in the shower for a solid min just to get warm water, it never got hot. barely warm enough to take a very quick shower. my 30 min shower loving child was not happy.

The location and the price. Breakfast was good

Room had ants in bathroom and in the room. The bed was comfy though. And my Brother car window was broken into Which is not the hotel fault. Otherwise the stay was ok
