My family and I loved that they are pet friendly, the cooked breakfast and not just pastries and juice, the pool and hot tub were great as well (my son couldn't stay out of either one of them.) The staff was very nice.

One particular morning we went down to breakfast, and the employee that was tending to the breakfast area, you could tell she didn't want to be there. She had a window open and really cold air was blowing on the food. The biscuits were extremely cold the eggs were cold. The silverware was out and some of the selections were out as well. Things weren't getting refilled until the guests asker her to.

This was a last minute reservation..The parking lot was so full...I was worried that we had an overbooking....went to the front desk, where I was greeted by the night manager....he had my reservation and all was good...I asked if something special was going on.. and he said it is always packed...he was addressing my special request... for a late checkout and I told him to ignore it.... their normal check out is noon....we would be out by then. And breakfast was great.... the lady taking care of things apologized as they ran out of stuff.... Later, a manager came in and also apologized....not sure what was missing....it was a great variety...staff was friendly... sorry I couldn't stay longer

This was our stopover for the night, on our drive Florida. convenient location, just off the highway. there’s a McD’s, Bob Evan’s, and a convenience store within walking distance. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was super nice - both front desk and the lady assisting during breakfast. Breakfast was sufficient - eggs, sausages, waffles, oatmeaal, pastries, coffee, different kinds of juices. There was ample parking. They have an indoor pool which were being used by some kids when we arrived, it looked clean. I would definitely book this again on our way back.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel did have a working hot tub. Many hotels are ditching this amenity that I really enjoy. My wife left her sweater in the room. When we got to our destination ...300 miles away, I emailed the hotel. They found the sweater and are holding it for us til we pass by on the way home later this week.🙂

Well....I chose this hotel as it DID have a working hot tub and we were traveling. We did use it, but sadly it was in bad shape. Peeling paint....water was not real clear. Jets were not working. Hoping this can be fixed as we hope to stay here again in the future. Breakfast was....okay. I didn't expect anything special but eggs, potatoes, sausage were bland. Coffee carafe was near empty so it was not real hot.

98%of the staff was beyond exceptional, Nicole and her staff a great asset to this company, the coffee and fresh cookies 24/7 his perfect, the breakfast was great. We will stay here again

The 2 gentlemen front desk staff are not very good at their job, they get annoyed when you ask them for something, they don't care, a guest was smoking weed on the 3rd floor, you could smell it as soon as you got off the elevator the first 2 nights we were there and another guest told one of them and their response was "that doest surprise me" and again the next night it was going on and so I mentioned something to one of the daytime front desk ladies and we never smelled it again.

The staff was friendly, especially the afternoon/evening staff at check-in. The morning ladies were a little less accomodating but still polite. Breakfast - once it was put out (it was about an hour late), it was wonderful and the woman who was handling it did a spectacular job of keeping everything filled, accomodating special requests and interacting with guest. We really appreciated how hard she worked.

The late breakfast & the closed pool. Thankfully the pool closure was not within their control. A baby had an accident in the pool the day we arrived and prevented us from swimming. I was not very happy due to the fact that I had called Thursday to confirm they had a pool & promised our grandkids we would swim. The hotel really stepped up - the offered us some money back on each room, and arranged for us to swim across the parking lot at the Holida Inn. They did a great job taking care of us.

The room was a little dated but the room and other facilities were very clean. The beds were comfy. The HVAC was great. We cranked the temp down and slept great! The morning breakfast offerings were really good. The pool and hot tub looked fine but we were too tired to dive in. The staff were very friendly. If you're not looking for posh this is s good spot to stay. Plus they are pet friendly! We will definitely stay here again.

Nothing other than the dated decor. But that sort of reminded us of early days of travel as kids with our parents.

extremely friendly staff all around morning and night, got us checked in early, options for carpeted or non carpeted rooms, cookies and coffee were fresh, breakfast was good, almost everywhere was very clean

pool area seemed a little unkept which was odd because the rest of the hotel was very clean, would like if some of the breakfast seating wasn’t blocked off so I could do my work in there

The room was big and the beds are new and very comfortable pool was warm breakfast was great the staff very friendly best place to stay in the area a few restaurants around as well as convenient stores and a family dollar to get nessesities

The original room we were assigned was never done by house keeping and the hot tub was out of commission but other then that it was great

Loved the heated indoor swimming pool and hot tub had to switch rooms because we winded up taking our fur baby home second room was extremely nice and king bed was very comfy

I'm a smoker so had to go outside and freeze to smoke also hot tub jets could not be adjusted and barely had pressure and only one Ice machine and drink machine for whole hotel
