really great location! I loved how my bed faced the window looking over the city, and how clean it was. the staff were very friendly and as a female traveling alone, I felt very safe.

the only thing I did not like was that I requested to have the down pillows switched out for foam pillows since I’m allergic to down feathers, and they forgot to do so I think. I woke up with an itchy throat from it but it’s not a big deal.

Super easy to get to location, friendly staff, snacks and drinks available 24/7, clean large room, comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower, Relaxing stay. Had delivery right to our room from local chinese restaurant and it was easy. They were redoing the carpeting on our floor but they did so quietly and did not disturb us. Easy, quick checkout.

Breakfast was not included but there is a restaurant onsite if you want it by the plate. Front desk staff did not tell us about the carpeting replacement until we reached our floor and saw the sign. The next day, the carpeting workers did not know there were guests on the floor. Communication could be better all the way around.

This place was perfect. My daughter and I were just passing through on our road trip and I almost wanted to stay another night. Extremely clean. Extremely welcoming. I have zero complaints. If you value a clean environment to rest your head, even if just passing through during a road trip, this is the place to go.

The room was very nice, nice bathroom, with all of the modern electronic hookups with house computers in the lobby. I would think for this price a light breakfast would be included but they had a coffee bar with a barista so I guess charging would be the norm. We had a couple of skim milks and boxed apple pies from their snack rack for $6, not bad . There's a Wendy's 1 block away. There was coffee pot with instant coffee and tea bags, microwave and small fridge in the room. This hotel is within walking distance to all of the major venues. The desk and other employees were all very helpful. The lobby was in the middle of renovations but was clean, just not very pretty. The location is easy to get to off of I-64. We had dinner a the Tidewater Grill at the mall, very good food and very nice employees.

Paying extra for breakfast.

The bar had a limited menu for supper, but John was extremely accommodating in providing a yummy supper. The margherita pizza was very good.

The guy at check in was sloppily dressed and just did the motions. It was comical as to what the front desk people look like in your ads, and what he represented.

Our 2nd stay here and so happy with it. Last time we were here they were under renovations and things have turned out beautifully. The staff were amazing and super sweet and always accommodating. The back area, off the lobby, is absolutely wonderful.

Coffee pot but no coffee? Only one coffee cup and 2 towels (we were 4 guests). Booking.com told me Our room would have a king, a queen and a sofa. They don’t have such a room. The front desk accommodated us and apologized.

We've stayed in plenty of hotels during travels and our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott definitely rank in our top 3. Room set was good, bed was comfy and the shower was amazing! Will definitely reserve again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home. We loved absolutely everything about our stay. Not able to list not one single negative thing.
