The breakfast was great. The pool, workout facilities, hot tub, outdoor area, restaurant…all were very nice. My kids enjoyed the facilities very much. Also enjoyed having a kitchenette available.

Unfortunately our room smelled like smoke. I have allergies and felt stuffy the whole time. The room also had an ant invasion. My girls came home with ants still crawling on/in their bags. This was awful. I should’ve asked to move to another room.

My son had lost a shoe in our room and upon looking for it, I realized how dirty our room was. Cob webs in the corner, behind the curtains on the floor hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time. Mold on the bathroom ceiling (which I'm allergic to) and the floors was just dreadfully filthy. Our room had a very strong musty smell. Also, upon looking beside the bed closest to the wall, my son had discovered some kids toys (ball pit ball and a child's toy knife) that another person had left.

I loved the pool area with the hot tub and fountains for the kids. The bar and service area was really nice and staff there were attentive. Food was good. The room was great - clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities promised. Fenced in outside courtyard to hang out if the outdoors is preferred.

Two staff behind counter when checking in - staff member #1 was helping a customer, staff #2 was sitting on a stool and eating. After a couple minutes the customer left and the phone began to ring; without acknowledging me staff member #1 answered and proceeded to help the phone customer. No hi to me, no hold for the phone call. Staff member #2 eating realized she should probably attend to me and put her food down and came to help. She was friendly.

The bartenders were phenomenal! Wish I caught their name. It was a man bartender and a woman who was a manager I think. Around 530-6pm on saturday July 8! They were engaging and seemed interested in people talking to them. And our food we got to go to our room with a few beers was way better than I expected. Also front desk receptionist same time was so sweet!

This was the perfect pitstop on a family road trip with a pet. Staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, hotel was very dog-friendly and conveniently located, and our room wasn't anything fancy but it was clean and comfortable. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or common areas.

Location is right next to the train tracks, and our room was on that end of the building. I didn't notice it until the room started shaking in the middle of the night. My family slept right through it, but I was already awake and it was a little intense. I'd still stay here again.

Very accommodating staff! We used the shuttle from the airport and the shuttle to the uhaul rental location nearby. Drivers were so nice! Very comfortable beds. Pool and spa were excellent because we got lucky and no kids in the pool area. Lol.

I will never rate a properly excellent that has the old school HVAC in the room. Noisy cycling of the AC prevents a good night's sleep.

Breakfast was the same every day. It was okay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Other than not being a very big selection overall it was great. I wish it could be open a little longer for us that aren't morning people.

The splash area wasn't working at the time of my second stay. And I think there should be certain times you have to reserve for the outside kitchen. Because both times I stayed the same people stayed out there all night and we didn't have the time to cook our dinner on the grill.

Loved the fresh lobby, staff, amenities, and $9.99 breakfast buffet. Staff members were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

The lobby set the expectations a bit high for the room, and they fell a bit short of the mark. Thought the rooms could use a little updating, mostly where lighting and furnishings are concerned, but, overall, found them to be clean and well-appointed. (Would have loved a laundry bag!)

the pool was very nice, my kids loved it. The restaurant had delicious food and a full service bar for dinner and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options. My kids also loved the parrot in the lobby.

just had a few issues that were out of the hotel’s control.

I did like the motel and the staff.

I didn’t particularly care for the location because it was in an inconvenient area for me. it was my own fault though because I accidentally booked the wrong motel. I had intended to book Holiday Inn Express in Southridge but booked this one.
