Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cross Lanes, an IHG Hotel

The property was clean and very accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful and the worker serving breakfast was so kind! Clean room, comfy bed and they also had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower! Not generic hotel stuff, it was dove.

We did not receive the room that we had booked, we booked a king with a sitting area but just received a normal king room which made it a lot harder with our kids. They also did not have pack and plays which was surprising because everywhere else we have stayed this week has had them.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The rooms was clean and nice except for a spot by the tub. The have dove products u can use and not just tiny bottles. They also give u a tooth brush and tooth paste. And the breakfast was amazing!! Best hotel breakfast I've ever had and it stayed stocked! Thank you guys 😊

it was convenient location. close to local eats and shops. the booking app and the hotel actual booking seem to be different as we wanted a room w the jacuzzi tub. and pics confirmed we had one. but we in fact did not. and they were booked so we couldn’t change. be sure if you’re wanting a room with a jacuzzi tub. you just call and make sure you’re getting one. the house keepers were super nice when we needed a couple of things. and the room and bathroom was really clean. it smelled really fresh and clean when we got in there. there wasn’t a spec of dust anywhere so that indicated they do wipe things regularly lol. the bed was comfy and clean.

for a bed couch and two TVs. I feel the price could of been a little lower. I expected the jacuzzi tub. didn’t get it. and it still was the same price.

Everything was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were a little lacking, they kind of mashed down pretty flat, but they were usable. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend this this hotel.

Emily was the best !!!! It was a super busy weekend for all area hotels. After gathering ordeal we had with a neighboring hotel, Emily did everything possible to help us make sure we had a room that fitted our needs. She went above and beyond her duties ! Great customer service - hospitality - ALL of the staff was awesome !

Not a thing !

One evening we couldn’t get the TV to work. The lady at the front desk was so kind that she stayed on the phone with us until we got the TV on . Very helpful and the customer service was great. 

The breakfast was excellent, room was large, and staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well kept and clean.

A few elements (especially in the bathroom) seemed a bit tired--chipped edges and stained grout--but those were very minor and not a big deal.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast included with stay.

The location was a tad tricky to find but still conveniently located off the highway. Disappointed that not all breakfast stations (like the pancake making machine) were not available but understand some changes due to covid. Appreciated that there was still some hot breakfast items available.

Spa beds and pillows were great. Convenient location. Room was quiet. Customer service was excellent . Tv mini-fridge coffee pot microwave in room was good. Wi-Fi

Cleanliness of the room. We had dust on headboard. Bathroom shower wasnt clean on the shelves for soap. Have to go down to first floor to get drinks and snacks.
