The desk staff was quite friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver even helped carry 2 boxes of books in for me. Since I had a car, I didn't use the shuttle. Breakfast was great! Staff friendly and area was clean. They really took good care of those eating. I slept like a log... comfy room and bed!!!! If I ever get back to Milwaukee, I will stay there again!!

Everything was fine. Nothing I didn't like. I think they need more spaces for parking, (although that wasn't a problem for me), but there is no space. There is on street parking close by.

The cleanliness and hospitality of this location have placed it as our go to hotel when we visit Milwaukee. The free shuttle took us down to the Public Market and picked us up within 10 minutes of our request to come back. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who is looking for a good place to stay that won’t break the bank.

Needs some updating but other than that, we loved it!

I enjoyed the hospitality of your staff they were all helpful and available for questions and conversation the breakfast buffet was always at its best nothing was depleted to the point where I didn't get everything I wanted or got them day before I was very pleased every moment of my day

The location was wonderful to a degree, I wish there were more accessible food and bar / tavern/activity establishments Within any kind of walking distance from your building but that's about it

Had shuffle from hotel to venue which was great. Pick up was wintin 10 minutes. Front staff was very friendly. Good breakfast

Breakfast worker was rude. She stated it was up to her when the buffet ended and we weren't entitled to the Breakfast and they don't have to offer it. It was about 7:45am and almost out of eggs. Gentleman asked if she was going to make more and she stated no. No bread while we were there. She was busy smoking .

The room was renovated and was clean and well appointed. . The king bed was comfortable.

The shower had no shelf for holding shampoo bottle. Somehow the shower sprayed some water over the top of the shower because the floor outside the shower had some water. The lighting in the main area could have used a little more brightness. The platform around the bed was metal instead of wood so if my foot tapped it it made noise (it clanged).

Would give 7, but giving extra point to counter all negative reviews. This was actually better than I expected. It looks like they did refurb the property so apart from metal bed frame room was in good condition. Not sure about the neighborhood, I did use free transfer in out of station and into downtown All in all pleasant stay

This place is really good for a short stay. Our room was spacious and clean, it has everything that you need. Staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. And I really like the breakfast there, it was amazing!

Marquis was very friendly. Helpful. He answered all our questions and he was quite busy.

We had some issues withe shuttle in the evening. Had to order an Uber after calling the hotel a few times with no driver to send. Second bed in room had many stains on bed sheets, and pillowcases.

Newly remodeled rooms were very nice. mini fridge and microwave, roomy walk-in shower, and comfy bed made the stay great. Missed the breakfast, but I’m sure it was nice too.

The neighborhood and some of the furniture. But, the staff was friendly and I got a really good night’s sleep.

Staff was knocking early at the door. I wanted to sleep in for once. They were so loud. I understand the system went down. Couldn’t they wait till 11 to start knocking on doors to see who didn’t check out. Other than that pretty comfortable place to stay.
