The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The parking, while pricey, was connected to the hotel so I felt very safe leaving my car. The hotel was located right beside the river walk and was a convenient walk to the lake and Art Museum as well as local craft breweries.

So, this is a bit silly. I love that hotels have moved from small bottles to large refillable bottles in the shower providing access to shampoo, conditioner and body wash in environmentally friendly packaging. But why do product makers have to make the labels…i.e., shampoo…in small non-contrasting lettering. They seem to find big enough letters for the brand names. My 60-year-old eyes can no read the labels without reading glasses which I usually don’t wear in the shower.

Breakfast in the lobby was yummy and plentiful Coffee great Room relaxing and delightful The hotel was just one block from where my sister lived and I walked back and forth easily three times most of the days I was in Milwaukee And the TV selections were great (sports & news) for me

i’ve stayed at/been to this hotel three separate times and i love it each time!! the inside of this hotel is BEAUTIFUL. i love the high ceilings in the suite rooms. the staff were very friendly also!

the parking is rather pricey and it’s hard to find public parking, but that’s a given with this hotel being downtown.

I loved that you can walk right out the hotel lobby door and hit right into the river walk. I had the “wow” factor when I first entered my room and saw the beautiful huge window with pretty curtains . Love the high ceilings. Bars, some eatery’s and public market was walking distance. You can watch YouTube on the tv.

I wish I got the window view with the river side. Had to pay 24 dollars to park underground but that’s ok since you seem to pay for parking at any hotel in Milwaukee. Wish there was bacon and eggs for breakfast but yogurt and muffin sufficed. Internet went out at night which sucked bc I couldn’t watch YouTube on the tv. No pool. Even though I’m mentioning the negatives, overall it was definitely worth it and I would rent the same hotel but with the river view.

Room was on the river and the windows and view was really nice. We were next to the elevators but you couldnt hear them at all. Breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular. Staff was always friendly. Location was great for our needs and the price was reasonable. IT was nice to have a fridge and sink, etc while there for the week. I would stay there again.

Seemed to be some issues in the room. Tub drained quite slowly. Towel bar fell off the wall and the couch bed was super uncomfortable. The king bed was ok, nothing to write home about. Nothing major, just a few things. But its a hotel, not my home.

The location was perfect. The room was huge, way bigger then I had expected. The staff was friendly and hotel was exceptionally clean.

.The cost of parking was a bit much per night and the journey it took to haul my belongings from parking structure to hotel room on 8th floor was definitely a hassle.

The breakfast was excellent it was a lot of variety of food.

What I did not like about the stay was that I had to pay $30 for parking each day.

A nice selection of items on the breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend this hotel

I liked the spacious rooms and high ceilings and it’s location.

The breakfast buffet was marginal and the entrance to the lobby required the staff to buzz us through a locked door. That seemed very odd for a 3 p.m. arrival.
