Leslie, who was keeping breakfast stocked and clearing as needed, was so sweet. I've never seen the quiches, omelets, and other warm breakfast items, individually wrapped before. Mattress was comfy. Really liked the shower and the way the sink and vanity were laid out. Your contracted valet staff was much nicer and more professional that others I've experienced. Appreciated having mini fridge AND microwave. Suite style room was spacious and welcoming. I didn't request housekeeping during my four night stay, but had pleasant interactions with housekeeping staff.

I miss when hotels used to stock an extra blanket or comforter (I just turned the cool down a tad, but would have rather snuggled in a quilt!). Desk was decent with enough connections but the accompanying chair was not very ergonomic or comfortable. Was also surprised that room coffee maker came with no tea options, though the coffee was good.

So impressed with the room in an older building. It was wonderful. (White fluid stain on couch didn't leave a good impression tho.) Staff are EXCELLENT! Fast elevators. THX to Vince & Sam valets!

NEED SAFETY RAILS IN THE SHOWERS so we don't have to hang on to the conditioner bottle which could pull off in the event of a slip and fall (especially when rinsing hair with head back and eyes shut due to soap). (Just FYI, the shower seal in room 339 doesn't meet the stationary wall at the bottom so water spills out on the floor. Could be a liability hazard.) Breakfast was ho-hum. No toaster, no waffles, or potatoes, only 1 sauce for dry scrambled eggs.

Great place to stay for business. Right in front of the Convention Center in the Downtown area. Everything was clean, the staff was always so kind and quick to help out on anything they were asked for. I would definitely stay again at this place. Highly recommended.

I would add a few more options to their little snack store, but nothing to complain about from what they currently have. This is not fixable, but I think it's worth mentioning that there are not enough dine-in options around. Maybe 2 or 3 hotel restaurants around, all super expensive, but no others close by. Also did not like that they won't allow you to use their parking lot for free. You have to pay about half the price paid for the room just for parking your car.

the breakfast was ok. when we got to the breakfast the eggs were kind of dry like they had been there awhile, did not care for the canadian bacon.

i thought it was terrible that we did not get any discount for the garage we had to park in for the hotel. it was basically 20.00 a day additional to park and every time we had to go back in regardless if we had just paid 20.00, we had to pay again to go and leave again. The other thing we were not used to was that we were supposed to tell them if we needed our room cleaned, so we ended up with a bunch of wet towels in our room because of this. We ended up calling front desk to see about new fresh towels which was really inconvenient. I feel they should at least come in and get the towels clean bathroom and do a little tidy up but don't have to clean the whole room and we weren't expecting them to.

Room was dark and quiet (although I may have lucked out in this as I wasn't on the street side of the building). Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was standard hotel fare but I liked that they had a lot of grab and go items that I could take for a snack later. Location was good, it's not quite downtown but close and very near the train station and the main bus line. I didn't have to interact much with the staff but they were all perfectly friendly.

Room could've been cleaner. There was mold in the edge of the bathtub and I found two plastic bottles from a previous guest in the refrigerator. The sheet on the bed also slipped off my second night there, which is kind of annoying. It seems like a lot of service oriented places in Milwaukee are having staffing shortages right now which may be why.

The location is with in an easy walk to the Deer District. Lots of fun bars for the evening and great sports bars and restaurants during the day. We used the valet and loved ease and convenience. Staff was happy and welcoming, especially Tiffany at the front desk. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great!

I liked the fact that check-in was so fast! I also liked that I could just tap my room key on the door sensor to unlock my room. I think it gave a really chic touch to the room. The overall ambiance of the hotel was just lovely. Very modern, and Instagram selfie approved :)

I didn’t like the option to scan the remote to my phone. I had to keep refreshing my internet to make it work. I think the regular remote is just fine and less of a hassle.

Breakfast was great, Bed was comfortable. Room layout was perfect, including the bathroom. Spacious room and closet. Quiet. Heating/cooling good. Wonderful staff. Convenient parking. Walkable area.

The coffee area had only one cup, there was a used filter in the coffeepot, and in the microwave, someone had left a container with something in it. The staff needs to inspect the kitchen area closer.

Welcoming and friendly staff, especially Gilbert. Although I parked elsewhere, the valet was very friendly and had great energy. Attractive, affordable place.

Not soundproof, kept awake until midnight just from people talking next door! No body wash in the shower- totally empty container! Patched wall in bathroom needs to be painted-looks awful. Please consider carrying oatmilk for breakfast.

Comfortable hotel in very good condition (renovated). Nice hotel staff, clean and quiet room, big bathroom. Breakfast selection was OK. Direct bridge connection to Hyatt & Milwaukee Center. All in all a very good price-performance package.
