The apartment was roomy and had a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cooking utensils, pots/pans. There were extra linens, pillows and blankets. There was plenty of seating and the games room was a nice addition. The coffee maker in the community room makes excellent coffee, lattes, espresso, etc.

Everything was great, but if I had to pick out something....the frying pan handle is loose and they only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper. Otherwise, I can't complain about anything really. It was not clear how to use the recycling, but maybe that's just because we're not used to apartment living.

The stay was very good, the photos really show what the apartment is like. It is very clean and the space is fine. We really appreciate that the parking is inside the building but be careful because they are very tight. In the common area where there is a pool table and other amenities you also have a coffee machine and a large number of televisions, it feels very nice

It is very uncomfortable that they charge you for deposit. This was clearly stipulated in the rental conditions but 14 days have passed since we vacated the apartment and we still haven't received our money. I have been a user of this accommodation service for years and the truth is that I prefer a rental without deposits to avoid this type of inconvenience.

This was our first time visiting Milwaukee. My son recently moved to Wisconsin and we wanted to visit this year. Kasa was located in a very nice area of the city. I was very pleasantly surprised once we arrived in our unit. It was so nice!! It was a perfect home away from home. It came equipped with everything you needed. It had a dishwasher, garbage disposal.. everything you needed in a kitchen plus more! They provided you with everything you needed even the coffee pods for the little Keurig were provided. I liked the coffee so much i ordered more when i got home. It came with a washer and dryer.. laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets.. the bathroom had everything you needed including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The building where our unit was located was nice with a rooftop area that included a fire pit.. We truly enjoyed our stay.. i would recommend Kasa to anyone that is looking for a nice gem in the heart of Milwaukee! Thank you.. Tonya from the Carolina's.

The memory foam mattress.. the parking was a little wacky only because it was a busy Friday night.

Clean, had all the linens, towers and kitchen utensils needed. Comfortable, privacy, garage to park, coffee/cream/sugar provided, good taste in decoration, simple and nice.

It'll be nice to have like a welcoming packages of some kind of snacks :). We came from Chicago kind of late and could not stop in a supermarket to buy groceries. A snack when arriving was going to be handy :).

I loved the location right in downtown Milwaukee. The apartment was great perfect for my little trip. The community center was awesome with the pool, ping pong and shuffleboard tables.the online check in and out is excellent. Parking is right behind the building and goes almost immediately to the elevators.

Really the only thing was I was confused about which building it was when I first got there. Also not really a dislike as much as a warning the plugs need to be switched on to use the lamps and stuff.

The location was great for getting around, Uber was always on time for pick up and parking on location was easy. The apartment had everything you could possibly need for the stay and very comfortable short or long term. The common areas were a great addition to our stay.

Small thing but the curtains didn’t fully cover the window letting light in. And a noisy heating system coming on and off through the night. Other than that - perfect

Location was good. It was quiet and has all the amenities that you wouldn't have in a hotel

Parking spaces are tight and I couldn't see the numbers while in the drivers seat

It is like a rented apartment and was very close to all that I needed to do while in Milwaukee. The Kasa team responded in good time to all my needs

The elevators and common areas are usually filthy and do not get cleaned on holidays and weekends
