Love how they provide breakfast. Also, the swimming pool and hot tub was a plus. The suite room was more then expected. Things around the hotel was accessible and all walking distance knowing that its close to downtown. Totally recommended to people who is there for a graduation ceremony stay or just wanting to explore the city.

Location was fantastic. We walked to most attractions we wanted to see. Breakfast buffet was a bonus, although more fruit would have been nice Comfortable beds.

I was overcharged. Reservation says $211.20 plus $31.89 tax = $243.09. My credit card was charged $264.00. I have requested a refund of $20.91.

Perfect Location in Downtown Milwaukee. To the Wisconsin Center it's just a five minute walk. There are numerous bars and restaurants near the hotel, also a Walgreens store, the Public Museum and the really nice River Walk. The breakfast offers hot meals (eggs, bacon) and bagels, toast and delicious waffles. The room was large, clean and well equipped.

The safe didn't work (but I did not need it). The front desk staff promised to fix it for the next customer.

We booked a one bedroom suite which was overall good size for three adults as it had two double beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom was large and facilities good and clean. Location was central and only a 10 minute walk to the Fiserv Forum where we were visiting. Breakfast was included in the price and was of a good standard

This is sold as a one bedroom suite however the sofa bed was actually in the corridor leading to the bedroom and bathroom so there was no privacy. The sofa bed was old and uncomfortable so needed replacing.

Great location and friendly staff

Valet closes at midnight which caused big problem when I wanted to leave at 11.50. I didn't know valet closed plus they closed a few minutes early and it took hours to get someone to come open up the safe to get my key. I appreciate the security that my key was in a safe but I was unaware valet closed at midnight. Had to wait several hours and then drove home much later than I had anticipated. Just a heads up if you are doing valet. Otherwise, everything was perfect

At 10am I inquired about early check-in (1:30pm) was told to call back at 1pm which I did and was told once again no rooms available (no problem) but when we showed up at 7pm our room (#703) still was not ready and was told we would need to wait. We could not go to where we wanted to eat because we could not unload our bags. So we got stuck going next door and had sub-par food and service. Check in was at 3 so why wasn't our room ready at 7? I am hoping for a small refund.

Second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time!

The sheets were not clean, one had a red spots all over it! Could not tell if it was blood or not. Also not sure if its a booking.com issue or Hampton, but what we paid for based off description on the app is not what we got. We were suppose to have a pull out bed with our room having 3 bed total. We did not get the 3rd bed, so someone had to sleep on the floor for the two nights we were there.

Well due to present situation of the covid the i was really expected the breakfast would be more just coffee juice and fruit. But I do understand these are not normal times. I hope in the future we can get back some normal life. That my wife and I can enjoy your breakfast like it use to be.

The little breakfast you serve, I was hoping for breakfast bar like you use to have. But in these strange time i do understand the situation.

The proximity to the Fiserv was the thing we liked most

The hotel was very short staffed. We checked in at 4 and we’re told the rooms weren’t ready. We came back over an hour later and the line to check in was backed up to the door. We had to wait another half an hour to get to the concierge.

Just being picky… small elevators and only one working, new owner does not validate with connecting parking garage.
