It has been remodeled, so you have breakfast service in the hotel. The last time we stayed here, you got a voucher to get a sandwich and a drink in the Starbucks that’s connected to the hotel. This time, we also had a room in a higher floor which made our stay quieter than the previous times.

It’s is good to have breakfast options, but there is no information about the food at all. Bread is not identified, for example. if you have food allergies or are in a restricted type of food diet, this may make it more difficult. There were no vegetables at all either. I do have to be careful with what I eat, so I had to buy my own breakfast food to make sure that I was safe when eating.

Very comfortable bedding and pillows. Friendly staff.

Only a $18.00 buffet breakfast was available but we went to the Starbucks on site and had a breakfast sandwich. Our room was 1033 but now real convenient for women as there was only short hang option for the closet. I was unable to hang a dress. The lighting was not good enough for putting on makeup in the bathroom. Lastly, not enough counter space in the bathroom for toiletries. Big bathroom but only a small counter around one sink.

We stayed here as we went to the PAC for an event. Very convenient location. Room was nice, hotel is nice. Very easy to walk to most events here in downtown Milwaukee.

Parking can be weird, if you park iin the structure attached to the hotel just take your ticket to the front desk for validation. That wasn't real clear at first. Breakfast is pricey for a family, we didn't bother with the hotel restaurant (read some bad reviews, plenty of other choices in the area).

I attended a show at the Miller High Life Theatre across the street and Hyatt made it extremely convenient to just walk across the street and attend. I came from out of town, and the front desk staff was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the place I was attending the show.

The elevator system with the key cards wasn’t working at first but then worked perfectly the rest of my stay

The location was in very close proximity to Fiserv Forum Arena where we were attending a Bucks game. The entire hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and friendly.

Our only qualm we had was in regards to the wifi that was very spotty going in and out frequently. A very minor infraction in comparison to an otherwise wonderful facility.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable in our room everything looked great what little time we got to spend in it By the time we got back from the game we went to sleep and didn't wake up until 11 o'clock and check out was at noon so we did not get to spend much time and much time in the room at all!!😴

Our room was not ready at 3 PM like they told us so were not able to check in till 1:30am in the morning after the Green Bay Packer Game was pretty upset about this even though they texted us and told us at 4:30 PM that our room was ready we were already at the Green Bay Packer Game we ended up having to change our clothes at a gas station instead of the hotel was very upset should not have been like this!!😥

This hotel was sufficiently comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and it is great from a location standpoint, The lobby is nice and so for big groups, it's great to be able to hang out there. Also, the food at the bar was pretty good.

The hotel really needs an update. The toilets flush sooooo slowly, and the paint on the elevators is peeling.

The hotel was in an excellent location, where I was in walking distance, where I had to go. I flew to Milwaukee, instead of driving.

I have nothing negative to say about the city of Milwaukee, it is a clean city. I will visit it again.

I pick this hotel for Location reasons. Being able to walk to all the destinations was great. The staff was always friendly and answered any and all questions i had. I do plan on coming back to Milwaukee and this is the hotel i will be staying at next time.

On the floor i was on, the vending machines where a little had to find. But that was the only small thing i have to say.

Check in and out was super fast. Exceptionally friendly staff. Online booking gave a reduced price. Room was top notch with comfortable bed and clean and sharp bathroom. Location next to the Bradley Symphony Center was perfect!
