Location was incredible. Not being familiar with Milwaukee and having 3 kids we took a shot and nailed it. To walk outside our hotel and see the river with the draw bridge, very unique experience. We walked everywhere and ate some pretty iconic Milwaukee food. Live music twice a day created a great vibe. Free champagne at checkin. The most amazing lobby smell. Gourmet coffee and each floor. ARIA's breakfast 10/10 - great value , quality, and staff.

We paid for a 400 sq foot King Bed with pull out ... it really was tight. Bathroom was not very spacious. We expected there to be a little more space. We travel with kids 6, 8, and 11.

All the food options! We arrived on the evening of a snow storm so leaving the hotel to find dinner was not an option. We loved our choice of room with the separate seating area. Not obvious in the pictures was a sliding door to close off the room from the main sleeping area and bathroom. My partner moved to the couch one night when his back was killing him.

I loved everything about my stay at The Saint Kate so this is pure pickiness. The nonslip stuff in the shower was chipped and actively chipping. And the shower drain was super slow. Not so slow that we had an overflow situation but it was well on its way to having that happen. Nothing that would prevent me from returning!

Love this hotel, I've stayed twice now and the art and the whole vibe is just awesome. We had so much fun wandering the galleries and playing records.

I was disappointed that the art in our room was the same as last time we also didn't have any craft paper or pencil sharpeners to get creative with. Our sink was not draining well and there was some general wear to some of the furnishings. We were also offered a snack at check in as well as complementary champagne at my first stay. The snack was skipped this time. I was told at check in that my included breakfast would include in room dining but was informed otherwise when I ordered. I am grateful that I was told before we finalized the order though as we adjusted our plans accordingly. I also felt that perhaps once you've stayed here once you don't need to stay again.

We had superior king with separate living room area. We were three persons. Two slept in king bed, and one slept on sofa bed. The room was nice, mordern and clean. Bathroom was with separate toilet. Shower was large. Wifi was good speed. We parked in garage under hotel. Elevator from garage went up to hotel lobby. A tip, prebook at Parkit, $20 for 24 hours. Breakfast was a la carte. Food was great. Live band in the evening, this was on thursday. Great atmosphere. We really liked this hotel.

It took about 30 minutes from ordering breakfast to delivery at table. Heard the noice from the elevator in the room. No main switch in bedroom. Only light in bedroom was beside bed, so if the room was dark when walking into the bedroom, it was difficult to switch on the lights. No place to hang jacket other than in closet.

EVERYTHING WAS FABULOUS!!! We advised them in advance we were celebrating our 10th anniversary and they met us with champagne and comped us several items. The staff is above and beyond and the bars are beautiful! So great that after having dinner out both nights we were there, instead of going for a nightcap outside the hotel, decided we'd much rather hang at the lobby bar. Bartender Jared, was absolutely fantastic despite the crowds he was dealing with-made it look easy. The champagne bar on the 2nd floor is gorgeous and very romantic. The art galleries (that you can walk through with your delicious cocktails) are interesting and impressive. The record players and albums in the rooms, along with the colored pencils and rolls of drawing paper were a great touch!!! We will DEFINITELY be back and raved about it to our friends, who have since stayed there and loved it also.

Not a thing. Everything was excellent. We honestly had no complaints whatsoever. I would live in the champagne bar if I could!

The vibe, the location, the views, how comfortable it was, the coffee and chilled water stations on each floor

Check in was a bit rough even though we came around 5 pm. Reserved a room with 2 queens but none was available at first and there was a lot of pressure to take a king with a sofa bed instead which I had avoided booking. The guy at the front desk seemed put out that we didn’t want to switch. They were able to find a room with 2 queens and then gave us champagne glasses for 2 people not 3. The front desk was pleasant the rest of the time but there was zero warmth at check in. Also, if you need your room cleaned, it won't happen without a request. We made a cleaning request, so beds were made and towels replaced. But old champagne glasses were not removed and trash was not emptied, so it was a quick clean.

The front desk and bell boy service was definitely top notch I felt. The bar in the lobby was great. I enjoyed walking through the art exhibits with the cocktail in hand. Our hotel room was nice and very artsy. I love the little addition with the record player and old records. Super cool. Location was a short distance to some restaurants.

I didn't like the parking lot situation. It was a long walk with all your luggage, and if you want assistance, you have to walk to bell service first, get the rolling cart with the bell boy, and then back to car. It was a chaotic mess. But, once someone was there to assist, that made me feel better.

Hotel is beautiful, restaurant was excellent, fun lobby bar, loved the glass of champagne at check in and the coffee station on each floor.

Reserved a room with free breakfast. Both the server and front desk person were confused and it took extra time to get the charge taken off the bill. Lobby bar where breakfast is served was freezing in the morning (we had to wear our coats to be comfortable.) Hotel guest parking in the adjacent garage is not well marked.

The staff (friendly & professional) and environment (beautiful)! Loved Giggly and Aria - lovely atmosphere!

The speakers did not work in the room, therefore no sound/music - big disappointment. Brought special albums from home to play. Did not want to be inconvenienced by maintenance coming to the room. Waitress asked me if I wanted any change back from my $20 bill, for an $11 glass of wine - very rude. Music was TOO loud in The Bar at night. Couldn't have a decent conversation, and we were sitting far from the performer.

I think Conde Nest Traveler said it the best..."One of the Absolute Coolest Hotels in Wisconsin". Each room is like a work of art. Loved the working record player! The pink eraser soaps at the room sink were gimmicky...and it worked...we bought multiple packages as gifts!

Would like better coordination between the hotel and restaurants. For ex, the hotel restaurant didn't know how to apply the restaurant credit provided by the hotel...yielding to some uncertainty.
