Fire alarm going off in the evening and going to the lobby half-dressed. Also, had hoped you had a hot tub. Heated pool was not very warm (but we did go later in the evening).

The entire stay was exceptional. The room was perfect for our needs, the breakfast exceeded my expectations and was full of delicious choices, and the snack shop was a nice plus that was exactly what we needed for the late-night chat we encountered with the family that was unexpectedly at the same location.

Room is very clean and larger than expected. Bathroom was clean and beds were comfortable. we stayed on the top floor, no noise. Breakfast was good, my children enjoyed and so did I. Coffee is offered 24/7 and parking. Staffs were great! I like it quiet so didn't mind a bit further drive back to Duluth, but traffic was good and may diff ways to drive yourself across the lake.

Available on a busy weekend in at the time of Grandmas Marathon when we were on participating in the Marathon.

I was not notified that I had to pay $75.00 extra for the dog, even though I was informed that this hotel was pet-friendly.

The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable! This was our second stay here. This stay we were offered a hot breakfast. I wish I would remember her name, but the woman who worked in the breakfast area on 5/5/21 was very nice and super friendly. She cooked us scrambled eggs and bacon. She took time to check on us several times after she cooked our food and we had a nice conversation with her. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Surprised by taxes being added to what we believed we agreed to pay via booking.

Comfortable bed, room nice and warm. TV was nice and large. Loved the breakfast too. Lots of hot food.

Shower could have had better pressure. It was difficult to find the entrance off the highway. I did not see any signs?

The facility was kept very clean, masks were required (because covid) ... The staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. We were told that housekeeping would only clean our room upon request, which I wasn't a fan of at first, but I ended up loving them not coming into our room.

The breakfast could of been better, I miss the hot buffet style breakfasts. I understand that COVID throws a wrench in that, but I feel like there could be more options than muffins, oatmeal, and breakfast sandwiches. There easily could have been wrapped up bagels or bread to toast. I also thought their was a hot tub in the pool room, but there was not so that was a little disappointing.

The newness of the place. Up to date decor. Wonderful shower and we liked the shelf drawer that pulls out from the vanity. I especially love the chaise/loveseat.

Smelled a bit like dirty sweat socks. Not enough drawer space for two people staying multiple days. One night we lost cable at a crucial point in the show.
