The staff were fantastic! Tommy, Alex and the team were super welcoming from the beginning to end and if you ever need any last minute day trips or ideas, they have an agent who can help organise on your behalf! The room was extremely spacious despite what you would see on the outside, fitting a family of 4 nicely, with two bathrooms (enclosed shower and toilet), this was a nice treat for any holiday! The buffet breakfast is pretty standard across hotels we have stayed but overall - satisfies you with western and Vietnamese options - they also allow you to takeaway food in the event you have an early start or need food to go to the airport (cannot recommend this enough for the airport as Noi Bai charges USD as opposed to the local currency) The location is about a 15 minute walk from Old Quarter but if you do not mind taking a Grab/Taxi or walking, you will not be disappointed! You are also nearby two massage parlours, if you are looking for a good vietnamese massage. We went to "Spas Hanoi" which was overall really good if you are considering on the side. There are a number of food options as well, so if you are stuck on food options, you will not have any issues planning or have a spontaneous snack to and from the hotel.

We stayed on level 2, with the buffet breakfast on level 1. As people move around on the floor below, you will hear the scraping of chairs around 6:30am - we have recommended this to staff to maybe add some feet cushions for the seats - so hopefully this can be improved to reduce the noise level.

The staff and premises were very good, The appartment was ideal for my family as we were travelling but needed a base in Hanoi. The appartemnt was advertised as having a city view but there was one window in the bedroom that opened but the view was far from a city view. (photo attached) The breakfast is served in a hotel around the corner and although it was small there was a great choice of food. Unfortunately, I was unwell for a few days and had to spend it in the appartment and there was construction work going on in the building beside the hotel...they cango hammered from 7am - 6pm for at least 10days of our stay...this was not the hotels fault but it did cause some headaches. I would like to say that the hotel itself is very nice and spotless with everything that we needed and the staff were always at hand with every enquiry we had. Once we figured out where everything was within walking distance of us. I would reserve this hotel again on our next visit providing the construction work next door was finished.

Air conditioned ,spacious, has a washer and a dryer. Quiet street. Lovely friendly staff.. i will return.

Breakfast simple and after second third and fourth day with same food in bay maries I decided not to go there as not sure if its made fresh each day. Suggest they alnerate menu. Shower head didn't fit in holder and electric light in bathroom flickered in a strange way when turned off. No pool. But none of tbese things would stop me from staying here again

Everything! The apartment was clean, large, with bath and separate shower, even a washer/dryer machine and liquid supplied. Very comfortable, bottled water supplied everyday. The breakfasts were superb, staff cooked eggs to your requests as one desired. Great selection of choice for different cultures. Different choices of fresh fruits and juices, pastries etc. I had a wonderful massage and treatment at their spa too. The staff were wonderful, couldn’t do enough for us . Tommy, Andrew and Maya treated us as they would treat a family member, with great respect. Always there to help, arrange taxis, give information, recommend and install apps to help us with especially with one to call a taxi wherever we where, which had prices and feedback on the driver. Called « Grab » was brilliant. They made our holiday very special, can’t thank them enough. We have stayed in many different hotels in our three visits to Vietnam and this was the best ever.

We couldn’t fault anything.

Very good location in the old city, plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Perfect point to start a relaxing walk to different parts of the city. Exactly as described on Booking. Good A/C and WiFi. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast could be better.

Everything went well during our time there. Tommy and Andrew at reception were very helpful and accommodating. They were able to provide us will information and suggestions whenever we needed. The breakfast was nice. I enjoyed they had an omelet station with eggs and pancakes made to order.

The room set up was a little strange for me. But since we were only 2 of us, it caused no issue. The kitchen and living area had a bed, as did the bedroom and bathroom area. To access the single bathroom from the living room, you needed to walk through the other bedroom. Could be an issue if you desire more privacy. Also, we started a load of laundry on our way out one morning, but the washing machine turned off when we removed the keycard from the insert by the door. We figured that it would be like the fridge and stay on constantly. We came back sooner than expected and were able to solve the problem with an additional card.

A flexible trip with no fixed plans—a huge thank to Alex at the front desk, whose warm recommendations and exceptional attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. His enthusiasm and helpfulness truly stood out. The staff speak excellent English and are very helpful. Special thanks to Tommy for assisting with the noise issue caused by guests in the upstairs room. The hotel is located in a bustling area with great access to amenities, yet it’s tucked inside a quiet alley, making it very peaceful. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, equipped with a washer-dryer, a small kitchen, and both heating and air conditioning. The photos match the official website perfectly.

24hr counter service, location is quiet as it is behind an alley with amenity such as hair salon, nail parlour. Walk out to main road is only 5-7 minutes and easily accessible to all the touristy shops within walking distance. Walking distance to Train Street and nearby eateries.

The Aircon in Sitting Area was leaking for one night. The ironing board cover was black and the iron was emitting black substances and not working. It is time to replace with a new set. Breakfast can be better as it is the same daily. I would rate it as 5/10.

We recently stayed 7 nights at Hanoi Central Hotel and Residences. From the moment we booked, Michael ( manager) contacted us and was there to help us with all our needs. The pick up service from the airport was perfect and gave us assurance that we would get to the hotel without issue as we were arriving after midnight. Once at the hotel, we found our room, large, comfortable and quiet. It had all of the amenities we needed. The front desk ( Huy, Ann and Henry) were delightful people and always greeted us with a smile and helped us when needed. Thank you to all. You are very conscientious, professional and kind. Michael was superb in his role from the planning stages to our departure. Thank you so very much. We went for breakfast everyday at their sister hotel, The Callista. ( just meters away) The breakfast was delicious. We were always greeted with a smile and not rushed. ( we would, at times, get there closer to the end of the breakfast time.) The entire staff at the breakfast were outstanding. A special thank you to Chinh, Oanh and Ken. Our interaction with you at breakfast was the perfect start to eah day in Hanoi. We hope to one day have the opportunity to meet again. We definitely recommend a stay at Hanoi Central Residences and Hotel for your time in Hanoi. It's an excellent value, but, it's the staff who make your days there special. Again, thank you. We hope to see you again.

Water running out of the shower.

This little hotel is tucked down a side street providing a welcome relief from the noise of bustling streets. The staff were exceptional, especially Andrew, who went out of his way to look after us. So friendly and kind. We returned after a boat trip and it felt like returning home! The bed was very comfy, the sofa less so. It was very helpful to have a washing machine to keep up with laundry. The breakfast choices were very good and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Special mention to the omelette chef. My partner said hers were the best omelettes he’s ever had in a hotel.
