The staff was great.....seemed to value you as a customer. Special call out to the restaurant manager who recognized us and did everything possible to make our stay wonderful. Food was great and he made us feel like he prepared just for us. The staff at the bar and restaurant at night were outstanding. Front desk arranged taxi rides with a smile and took care of any questions.

I booked for 2 adults and 2 children and somewho booking changed my reservation. When I got to the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was only for 2 adults. The hotel quickly solved the issue and turned the sofa from my room into a bed. No extra cost was charged. The staff was really gentle. There are public parking place near the hotel where you can use, besides the private parking place. I was very satisfied andhappy with my stay. Thank you Mercure and thank you staff!

Immaculately clean, spacious comfortable rooms with a good coffee machine! Great breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff.

The only downside was the location to the centre of Nuremberg - this required a taxi ride. It was however perfectly located to the Messe where we were working at an event, and could take a pleasant, short walk through a lovely park.

I only spent 1 night there as I went to watch arsenal play. The staff were very friendly. I was even lent a phone charger. The rib eye stake was amazing. I didn't have breakfast there. Big open spaces to explore near by.

The staff was great! The night manager showed me room options onsite, so I could choose the most appropriate one for my family. Safe parking on property was convenient and inexpensive. The comforters!!!

The room had an odd smell, maybe from a pet staying there previously or from cleaning chemicals? Regardless, this was the absolute only thing that could be improved upon.

Shower / bath was not very good

The room was good size. The breakfast and the bar were great! Breakfast had a large assortment of honey and even a fresh honeycomb to get your own.

It was very close to the Messe. Room was dark and quiet - just as I like it.

Breakfast for EUR 19 was rather plain. And the wifi was disrupted a few times. And when the hotel's website says that the restaurant is open, but in reality it is closed, then I am not happy.

All was good but maybe the restaurant menu could be a bit more choice of food.
