Modern and clean. Great value for money with snacks in the room and breakfast included. The breakfast selection was excellent. Friendly reception and central location. Overall professional, clean and welcoming environment.

Breakfast can be a bit busy if you don't follow the timing guidance. Expensive additional parking.

Fantastic staff who went above and beyond to support us in every possible way when they became aware that we were in Nuremberg to support my husband’s Australian childhood friend whose wife just passed away. I would especially like to mention Marina at Reception, Cookie in the dining room and Anesti in the restaurant. Great view of the lake One of the best breakfasts we have ever had in many years of international travel Attention detail re cleanliness is amazing. Great hosts who provide bottled wine and water each day plus all day tea and coffee!!! Refrigerator in the room was most welcome too. Great bed and spacious room! Tram into the old town from the door of the hotel.

Nothing at alll! This hotel is amazing in every way!

Traveling has its moments. If I could give this place an 11 I would. Great location, just 2 stops from the hauptbahnhof on tram 5 Traveling towards Tiergarten. Stop is right in front of hotel. Getting into old nürnberg is just as easy. You either walk about 20 minutes along the river or again take the 5 back to the hauptbahnhof and you are right at the altstadt. Easy town to walk.you can really walk everywhere, even with a little huff and puff up to the castle. Now to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Everything works, and everything is in good shape. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is, daily, even a fresh bottle of water and wine gratis in the little fridge. The breakfast is very good as well. There is an egg station where you get your eggs made to order. That is very unusual because most of the time it's a mass scrambled egg, waiting some time fot a taker . We enjoyed our stay and actually changed our plans and itinerary and extended. Again,this is a very well run place ,where the guests are the most important thing . .

Nothing, don't change

breakfast was superb, lots of variety, fresh products, definitely worth the stay! we requested a quiet room, and were not dissapointed (except for the light in the shower)

as with other previous comments, the shower cabin was literally in the room, which was a bit weird at the begining, however what was even more disturbuing was that the light in the shower didn't turn off, unless the key card was removed from the lock (which meant no lights in the room, no charing the phone...). The staff at the reception said there was no other solution. At the beining I tried to hid the light by a towel, but at a point I gave up and removed the key card. Honestly for a 4star hotel another solution needs to be found for this light to be turned off...

We are returning guests to this excellent hotel. The location is great. The hospitality of the staff is at a high level. The breakfast is rich and very tasty. The hotel offers parking, which is very important. The hotel is well maintained, clean and quiet.

There were occasional problems with internet speed. have received scam messages to verify the validity of my credit card. The hotel management should do something about this problem because it is not the first time this has happened. The staff did not know the details of local public transport.

From the moment we checked in until the moment we left everything was perfect. The staff is extremely friendly and (without asking) upgraded us to a suite. The room was spacious, clean and was extremely well equipped. We had dinner in the restaurant and our meals were very good. Breakfast is always included in the price for Novina, which is another benefit, considering it is a great breakfast, with many fresh products and a chef to make your eggs. We were here for the first time - but will choose Novina hotels every time we are in the area!

For us everything was perfect

Perfect hotel, affordable price (on some days this hotel will cost less than much worse hotels). It is located in the central part of the city, close to the station, from which you can easily get to the Hbf (central station). The room is large, perfectly clean, there is a small refrigerator with a free minibar, which is updated daily. Breakfast exceeded all my expectations, there was food for every taste, and its price was already included when I paid for the room. The staff is friendly and helpful. I can recommend this hotel for sure.

The hotel is on the outskirts of town, about 20 minutes stroll through a lovely green park. Beds are very comfortable, though one pillow is a mistake. Shower is good, but it is glass & you can see in from the bed. Coffee is available in the lobby 24/7. There is a free mini bar & water in the room. Staff are very friendly & efficient. Breakfast is good quality with a lot of choice. We have stayed in the city before; this was a great choice of hotel this time, with a safe underground car park.

We loved the breakfast varieties and everything was very well made and presented. Also, both at breakfast and everywhere in the hotel, we could notice the cleanliness. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station, we walked easily that distance with our bags. It's also within a 15-20 min walk from the old town centre, which is always a plus. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.
