The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. For example, Al initial room was hot as the air-conditioner was not working. After a short time, I came down to the reception to explain the situation and the staff immediately gave us another room opposite to where we had been staying. The problem was solved. The breakfast was a hot breakfast, and yes had a variety of food products.  The pool was an excellent addition to the stay. 

Breakfast was included in the accommodation price. However, we stayed at this hotel for work reasons and needed to be at work by 7 am. Breakfast started at 7 am. That being said, after the first night, the hotel changed the start time and breakfast to 6:30 am. They observed that many people were staying there for work but could not benefit from the breakfast, because of the late start. So it was a welcomed change.

Size of room, kitchenette, separate vanity from shower room. You had a list at the desk of local restaurants divided into categories. No too far from the POW Wow we attended. Staff was friendly and so was housekeeping staff. Good variety at the Breakfast.

Bacon was undercooked, could be a little crisp please.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating (always did everything they could to help out with no complaints.) Cleaning staff were friendly and Taylor was a great trainer to new staff. Front desk was very polite and helped out a lot with bandages etc when needed. Evening/night front staff was very polite and went out of her way to help! Day staff was very friendly and personal (remembered I had surgery) and made us feel very welcome.

We really wanted a king size bed but 30.00 a night extra over a week seemed a bit excessive. We don’t understand why having one bed is so much more expensive than having the two queens

The place was nice and neat

The staff , they couldn’t help me at all and honestly never again coming here again , i wanted a refund and the manger is no where to be found and never book on booking.com they can’t help with anything just do it on the actual hotel website

The desk clerk was very nice and explained our situation she upgraded our room. We were exhausted. She had to follow rules so comment below is for management not her she was awesome.

Was taken by surprise when wanted 250 cash deposit as hubby had credit card but had emergency forgot wallet and would not use credit card. We are older and respectable if my name matches card last name shouldn't matter married and wouldn't want charges for damage on our credit card and why would old people wreck a room when due to emergency we needed a room. Rude.

the staff were super friendly and the Queen suite was super comfortable and clean

the pool was very dirty with lots of sitting dirt at the bottom and big clumps of hair floating around

Staff were great, hotel was ready early for us, rooms were clean, it was everything we needed!

The shower didn’t work great. It would either me really cold, or extremely hot and the pressure wasn’t great.

all was very good,our stay there is always great!
