Our main criteria was cleanliness, and we were very satisfied with our room and hotel in general. We used the gym and it was also clean and set up to promote an hygienic use of the equipment.

Not much we didn't like, although we would have liked to be able to start the rowing machine in the gym... Still managed to get some exercise in, the equipment was sufficient for a basic workout, the cardio machines were fairly recent and there were some free weight and a pulley all-in-one machine.

The breakfast buffet was not like it used to be. The food was bland processed and overcooked or undercooked. Very disappointing, have been coming to the hotel several times a year for the last decade and always looked forward to the breakfast buffet.

Everything was quite nice. Beds were like sleeping on clouds. And lots of fluffy pillows. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Was very disappointed in their included weekly breakfast. Toasted egg sandwiches that needed to be heated in the microwave making for a very hard and soggy sandwich. Little cups of prepoured cerea,a bowl of hardboiled eggs. No bread to make toast. Not at all enjoyable. The pop machine was sold out of everything, but the front desk graciously gave us each a bottle of water.

Front desk was helpful and friendly. Last in breakfast area was fast and friendly which was great. We always try to stay at BW when we travel because we enjoy the standard of service and cleanliness that BW provides.

Plexiglass at the front made it hard to hear desk person. Not really BW fault just hate the pandemic.The only negative experience I have had at BW was a BW plus in Whitby ON. The wing we were staying in had a strong cigarette smell that bothered our family.

Off city, which was plus because of quiet settings. Close to highway. Services are 10 minutes drive. Breakfast was good. Staff was great and helpful

Could be cleaner. As we stayed 2 different nights in 2 different rooms and both smelled like mold. Too bad windows cannot be opened.

Breakfast was pretty good. Lady at service was exceptionally kind and professional. She was only person serving breakfast but was able to keep everything under control. Thank you very much!

In the end of first day when we came back there were no fresh towels. I called to reception and asked for towel. Waiting time we’re too long and we had to go downstairs to bring towels ourselves.

We arrived very late but the staff was so kind and courteous no matter the hour. They helped to change our booking when my partner explained we were there for medical reasons. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the noise level for sleeping was fantastic. We will definitely stay again on any subsequent trips.

Breakfast was very good simple but all you needed and staff friendly, bed was very comfortable, for our needs the location was good between london and St Thomas

the pillows way too high, although the location was convenient for us, it is right on the highway but does have nice grounds and you don't hear the traffic.

The bed was extremely comfortable. There wasn't any noise during the night, that might keep me awake. I was able to check in a little earlier, as my room was ready. Nice to have a good selection breakfast, rather than grab and go.

The coffee maker in my particular room wasn't working.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were so comfortable staying here on the way to our destination we decided to stay again on our way home.
