The room was very spacious with a good view of downtown Kuala Lumpur. The breakfast spread was very good. It had a lot of variety. The staff were very helpful and actioned our maintenance request immediately. The pool was very big and clean. There's also a secret steam room with an unlabeled door inside the shower/changing room. The staff assisted me to open the steam and gave instructions on how to close it after using it. I enjoyed the huge steamroom.

The bath tub drain was clogged when I arrived and took shower. I informed the reception and told them to give access to the personnel when i'm gone. They actioned it immediately and it was working perfectly when I returned. I'm also disappointed that they had to do pest control while the guests were inside. This is the only hotel where I've experience doing pest control with guests inside the room. Highly inappropriate!

Location of this accommodation is near to LRT and MRT station. walking distance to PETRONAS Twin Tower, Suria KLCC and KL Convention center. Aquaria , Petrosains and many others. What happen when raining, MRT near this hotel able to connect you to Bukit Bintang of course need to change station at TREX.

Sometimes employees at this hotel only great foreigners. Local staying here felt not welcome. Feel like to change to other hotel that value everybody staying here. Breakfast also too normal and not a lot of choices. Shower water pressure also sometimes low. Not provide any more toothbrush and paste. Towel also quite old and sometime smelly.

I booked for deluxe room instead they upgrade to one bedroom apartment. That was good. Cleanliness is good. Aircond functioning well. Nothing much to complaint about since the location is at the center of KL. Breakfast was good and variety,

Seems like they did not change the bedsheet for long. Luckily I always bring Febreze where ever I travel. Pathway to basement parking is narrow. Need to be extra careful if using MPV. Staff at lobby and check in counter not so friendly. They look you up & down seems like your appearances are matters to them.

We loved our stay at Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Our room was spacious, and the view was breathtaking. The hotel's location is perfect - just across the road from two metro stations and a 10-minute walk from the KLCC main attractions.

The breakfast options were quite limited (not so much variety in fruits, barely any cheese or dairy products). Also, the washing machines were a bit old and quite complex to use. Yet, the friendly hotel staff was always there to help.

Still preferred this place. Breakfast is just wonderful. Shouldn't give a miss on this. With high floors, views is spectaculars. Enjoyed!

Balcony glass doors was locked. Thought it will be better if we can feel the wind for a while.

The room (2 bedroom apartment) was huge! Both rooms had their own bathroom, and there was an additional toilet just inside the front door. It had pretty much everything we needed. The ability to individually climate control each room separately was very welcome and the AC facilities coped well with the outside heat and humidity. All staff were very helpful whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was a reasonable mix of Western and Malay food. Only a few minutes away walk from Ampang Park metro station, close to KLCC Park and a bare 10 minute walk along Jalan Ampang to Suria KLCC and Petronas Towers. Two supermarkets (Ben's Independent Grocer and Jaya Grocer) within 10 minutes walk, as well those inside Suria KLCC.

The water in the kitchen sink never got particularly hot (or even warm) - even with the boost switch on - but again it wasn't an issue... we'd simply boil the kettle. The kitchen wasn't overly well equipped (it was missing a toaster for example) but we never used it for cooking so it wasn't a problem. There is a large construction site opposite - it wasn't an issue on the 34th floor, but there may be some noise on lower floors. Note, it is likely related to the aftermath of COVID (and so cannot be held against the hotel) but there are several facilities - travel service, bar/restaurant on 39th floor, the business centre etc.) - which are not currently operating.

Good location. Spacious appartment, quiet, clean, most of the staff very nice, breakfast was ok, really like everything except the missing sofa-bed.

The booking was including a sofa bed in the living room, but there is no sofa bed just a sofa. I told the receptionist who first propose me an extra bed without breakfast for 83 Rm. Of course I refused and when I asked for a bed sheet and blanket for the sofa he first ask me 20Rm before a voice from the back tell him to give me for free. This is not correct, you should apologize not having the sofa bed I did pay for and find for me a solution free of charge...this really annoyed me. But yes I finally get for free a bedsheet and a blanket.

Our apartments were very spacious, and for that kind of space right in the city centre, the price is extremely reasonable! Staff were all very friendly and polite, with minor room for improvement. WiFi is available throughout the hotel, even at their restaurant that's located outside of their lobby. And you can use the same setting no matter where you are in the hotel, unlike some hotels where you need to change the WiFi at different areas. This may seem little to some but it's details like this that makes a difference. Kitchen is very well equipped with bowls, plates, mugs, and even small electric appliances like microwave, toaster, and rice cooker! Location is great, right next to delicious Chinese and Korean restaurants. And it's close to KLCC, walkable if you have no health issues.

Doormen could be more attentive, especially if you see elderly guests being dropped off at the lobby, do help them by opening the car door. Parking is too dark. Perhaps time to revamp the parking by adding more lights for safety.

The staff was very professional and formal. It was something that is almost non existent in Europe beside most expensive hotels. Here the staff always opened your taxi doors for you, taken care of your baggage, arranged everything you asked them for. I am really grateful for the kindness of the staff. The brakfast was tasty allthough rather the same everyday. Hotel has a pool which was clean and not overcrowded. The hotel is situated in close approximity to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre so there are a lot of taxis and grabs ready to pick you up. The same goes with municipal train which station is about 5 minutes from the hotel. At arrival we had a problem with safe to storage our documents and extra cash but it was solved the very next day when we were at the downtown and I want to emphasisze that we claimed the issue at late evening so our problem was solved almost immidiately. On the day of departure further into Malaysia mister from the reception crew farewelled us kindly giving us some important tips what to see in Malaysia. One of those tips was to try cendol and abc in Malacca, and if you are reading this mister, I want to tell you that it was delicious.

Location - 10mins walk to KLCC. But stone’s throw away from KLCC park Room - I believed that this hotel apartment made major refurbished and renovation during pandemic. The room’s carpet still new. Pillow and mattress waa good and comfy Wifi - Stable and good Parking basement - RM 8/per entry Breakfast - Overall good and worth it especially the fresh baked croissant. Staff - Friendly and efficients. We stayed here during long weekend Deepavali break. They managed to handle and cater mannerly especially at the breakfast area. Well done!
