I love the location and the room wasn’t bad at all , everything is in a walking distance, literally gas station, liquor store, Popeyes, McDonald’s, wendy and a Family Dollar all within a 5-7min walk and the neighborhood is not bad I felt safe. So in my book this place did a good job on my stay 😁

Could have used thicker blanket on the bed but that’s just me in my opinion

Everything was pretty neat & clean. The fridge was the only thing not cleaned properly. Bed was comfortable, carpets need to be cleaned better or replaced as a whole. Water was super hot, staff accommodated my needs and were very friendly, helpful & concerned. Accidentally left my red coat though.

the room was clean and the gentleman at the desk was nice and so accommodating when we asked if we could have extra towels .

someone on one of the rooms on the side of us had a strong smell of marijuana coming from their room it was in the middle of the night so I did not advise the front desk of this but it was making my son very uncomfortable.

The location

I told the deposit went up from $50 to $100. But when we checked out the same guy that checked us in and told me that asked me did I pay a deposit and asked how much. So does everybody not pay a deposit and are they charging people different amounts?? Thankfully my deposit was returned to me upon check out

Great location for those attending any event at the arena. We walked and saved the hassle of parking. Hotel is in a high traffic area and there is a police presence at the venue, so we felt very safe with the short walk. Staff was very friendly, and room was clean and comfortable.

No fault of the hotel, but due to Covid restrictions still no breakfast option. But they had coffee and juice, and there are options close by to grab something to eat.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Furniture was in good condition.

ADVERTISED Breakfast included. There was none except coffee. When asked, lady at front desk said " can't provide anymore at these rates"

It was a very nice stay. The hotel is clean and the staff is nice and professional. Close to the Simmons bank arena..dollar store across the street. Popeye's chicken next door McDonald's and Wendy's is close as well. And a convenience store close as well.

Really friendly front desk person, very clean, felt safe, comfortable attractive room. Within walking distance to Simmons arena, fast food places close by.

I love the staff members. I love the location near Simmons Arena and restaurants. It is very quiet. I felt safe and secure. Such an enjoyable place to stay. I would refer my friends to Econo Lodge. The room was beautiful as well. Excellent!

It was adequately priced and stocked for the area it was in. The stairs were in better repair than other places I have stayed in the past. I did like the fact that there was a couch available in the room as I am a larger than average guy so that was a welcome sight.

Apparently they were still working under COVID restrictions as there was no breakfast offered and all business had to be conducted through a window. The business being conducted needed to have some kind of speaker to hear better as the only way to do this was to put your ear to the area where you slide the paperwork through. Another thing that could be improved is to put non-slip strips in the bathtub. A couple of things outside of the hotel that were concerning to me.... there was both a dirty diaper and a used syringe under the stairs. It would not have been so bad had they been picked up quickly but they were there the entire time I was in the hotel. I also heard police sirens no less than 6 times each night I was there.
