Hampton Inn, St. Albans Vt

Breakfast was not enough options, liked that it went until 10 am Staff was wonderful My room view was looking at the dumpster Liked the location

The heater/a/c in the room blew right on your face all night and the smoke alarm blinked a strobe light every 5 seconds in the dark made it hard to relax and sleep. Had the cleaning staff 2 times, first time they left white stains on the bathroom floor that weren’t there before.

Located just round the corner from the Amtrak station and close to the main street of St Albans. Friendly check-in and comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Not much available food-wise in St. Albans after 2130, some snacks in hotel for purchase. Pricing reflected relative lack of options and a weekend in the Fall.

Hampton Inn St. Albans was excellent! It was very clean and staff were extremely professional and attentive. They had great breakfast options as well including fresh fruit and free bottled water. I prefer to fill my own reusable bottle but I understand why that isn’t a good option during the pandemic anyway.

The only reason I didn’t give a 10 is because I was traveling with my toddler and the barn style door that functions for the bathroom and closet doesn’t work for keeping a toddler in or out of anything. It also doesn’t allow you to lock the door if needed for any reason. The room was stylish and very comfortable but Hampton Inn should consider that families travel with small children.

It was very clean, and the bedrooms were huge.The staff was very nice. And the Breakfast was absolutely yummy.

The only thing to really complain about to be honest is the parking garage. That's the only parking, and it was super dusty, and it wasn't the cleanest.

great location staff is super friendly , so nice to deal with front desk, breakfast staff , all of them were so kind so friendly so efficient, such a pleasure to deal with. they were all amazing. great breakfast!!! loved the waffles and whip cream!!!

The room was clean. The breakfast was very good and desk staff were generally helpful and polite. Adjacent access to parking was very convenient.

The room was poorly furnished and arranged. Hallway carpets were old and stained. Overall cold and sterile environment.

Most definitely the staff. We only saw front desk and breakfast staff it was very limited due to COVID. They were wonderful! Gave us a water every time we asked. They were always courteous and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable.

No daily room clean up, again due to COVID.

The bed was so comfortable. Everything was clean. The staff was great. Breakfast was strange but wonderful. It was quiet. Everything we needed was within walking distance or deliverable. Check in was easy.

We didn't get to use the pool because of the covid rules, but we were there without the kids and there were families there with kids that did get to use the pool so it was fair.

Close to the train station so we didnt have to walk far. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I wanted to use the pool but the weather was hot and the pool room had zero ventilation and it felt more like a steam bath. Totally unusable.

Good location, spacious and easy to access Good quality for the price

Beds and matresses were not so comfortable for us (too smooth)
