the side door entrée À needs to be repaired does not respond to magnetic room cards the reason I am mentioning it is to help the receiving clerk at the desk who mention that that entree as not been not working for a while and I noticed she had to deal with customers who has to walk way back to entrée to mention the problem I believe this should be taken care off asap from the maintenance team I am mentioning this because as like H Inn and I know this can be fixed no fun in winter to get your luggage from the parking lot to the outside door and cannot open it … thank you ❤️

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, every single one of them. The check in and check out was fast and easy. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. Free Parking, Free WiFi and Included Breakfast all add great Value to the stay! I have stayed at this Hotel multiple times this summer and it will continue to be my Hotel of choice going forward.

The pool was closed for the duration of our stay which was disappointing for the kids.

Location was just off the highway. Very clean. My IHG points were applied. Room very clean and comfortable. We took note of how attentive the lovely lady who worked providing breakfast was. She maintained the food supply and also kept the tables clean! We have been in hotels that have breakfast areas and not all attendants do this. She was also pleasant. We were there 07/25-07/26.

This appeared to be a new facility so it was well run and well maintained. No complaints.

Great location to catch the ferry to Vermont in the morning. The staff was polite and helpful on check in and check out. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was nice and the little area up by the front desk to purchase snacks and two local beers after a long drive from Niagara Falls made our night!

The breakfast was good. Love the look of the reception and sitting area. Comfy beds. Like that there is also a microwave. Overall, would definitely reccommend this hotel!

Washroom door is misaligned and cannot be locked. Door handle loose as well. Would have preferred that water could be a bit hotter and spray had more pressure so can rinse shower floor better and not have to step in some residual soap. Room and bathroom are a bit cramped.

our room overlooked the highway entrance to Interstate 87 and was noisy; would have preferred quieter room.

The ladys at the reception desk were very nice and gave us very helpful infomation. The continental breakfast was excellent, a lot of choice, and the area was tidy and kept clean all the time. The guy working at the breakfast station was very very nice.

The coffee at the continental breakfast was horrible. The tv in the room was too hold, it could not cast our programs from Netflix. The toilet place was extremely small. And I did not personnaly liked the odor in the room.

The Staff was very welcoming, happy, helpful and knowledgeable. The facilities were very appealing and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic (we were a Family of NINE, 3 generations and we all completely enjoyed the breakfast). The location was perfect for our needs, right off the NY Thruway. No one is perfect but Jesus, but I honestly can’t thing of any item to share in this box.

Very clean modern new. room layout was well thought out.

parking was a bit tricky. didn’t seem like a lot of entry points from the lot so if you have a bit to carry it would take some manuvering. breakfast items ran out pretty fast and it didn’t seem like anyone was in a rush to replenish.

Everything was very clean & I appreciate that. Staff was friendly. I was disappointed about the pool being closed but totally understand that it was being repaired. Breakfast was very good but was looking forward to bacon. (I will be OK) Everything was wonderful and very good!
