Hampton Inn & Suites Plattsburgh

This was an older Quality INN, looked "worn" from the outside but it was SO clean inside and especially in our room. The housekeeping staff was amazing, constant cleaning in the breakfast room and restocking food. Our room housekeeper checked on us daily any needs we might have. The pool area was clean and pleasant altho the outdoor patio space needs some work. we stayed here 4 nights on a 15state journey to the northeast. This little gem exceeded our expectations in every way

The room was very comfortable. The room was modern. There is an indoor pool that we wanted to use, but we fell asleep early and missed out on using it (but do know that the pool area was clean and very inviting). The breakfast was ok for me, but my husband felt it was great. He was very content (It was enough to satisfy our hunger before our long drive). Since we had just finished work and wanted to stay at a place across the border (Canada/USA), this hotel is conveniently located (near grocery, restaurants and main highway).

We really liked everything, but for the sake of improvement we would recommend the modernisation of the place in the hallways, the exteriour shell of the hotel and little repairs in the rooms. Otherwise, this place is very good and we will return again (possibly next year).

I like it a lot the staff are very polite and nice the room was cleaned i stayed there once’s before complaining about the pool to cold they claimed they had it at 70 I stayed there now to see about the pool I ask if it was hot he said yes and guess what it wasn’t so I won’t stay there again and who ever ask me that’s what I’ll tell him.

We had the best stay at the Quality Inn & Suites Plattsburgh! I travel to Plattsburgh on a regular and the rooms we stay in are spotless and clean, the employees have always been nice and helpful everytime we needed something or had a question. The breakfast is included and offers hot and cold options... a home away from home :) !

We were heading back to college after a snowshoe race in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont and we encountered a series of bad winter weather conditions ~ icy roads, blowing snow and whiteout conditions. The Comfort Inn had available rooms while most other venues did not. We grabbed them, although we were less than an hour from the college. The rooms were clean, and neat, and the bed was quite good.

From the exterior the hotel looked really run down When I got there wanted to cancel Then we checked into our room and completely different beautiful and clean But if someone was looking it from the outside don’t know if they would book

Room was comfortable, staff was excellent.

The hallways smelled badly of cigarettes, but the room did not. Add a waffle maker

as a returning guest, I must say that It is always a pleasure to stay at Quality Inn Plattsburgh! The rooms are always super clean, which is important for me during covid time, and the employees are very nice and helpful (thank you Sara and Shane for always being so welcoming!)

Room (suite) was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The property has an indoor pool and hot breakfast.

The office and entry area isn't too attractive and the property is next to a crane parking lot.

Comfortable to, friendly staff, decent breakfast with a variety and close to everything. A Nice pool too.

Hotel could use soke updating but it's very clean and comfy.
