I tried to see when and where it was and no one answered the phone so we ate breakfast at bojangles

Only thing was paper coming off the walls in our room and not answering phones

It was clean and quiet and the personal pleasant with a quick response to our beeping fire detector. Very pleasant stay.

The location was great. They need to update the facility curtains falling down and dirty. The bed was comfortable. For the most part it was clean.

I enjoyed the 2 swimming 🥽 pools it had to offer got to swim I them both enjoyed the room everything a great hotel 🛏️ to stay at would stay there again in a heart beat

Hall carpet needs cleaning. Entrance glass doors and windows needed cleaning

Friendliness of staff

Your printer was out of ink. I needed to print my ticket entry for Busch Gardens for Sunday. The staff said the ink cartridge would arrive on Monday. That is too late! Please always have extra ink cartridges on hand. Thank you.

I loved the location and I really like that the place is dog friendly.

The convenience to and from the parks was good

It was very outdated and everything didn't work correctly

The property was clean staff was very nice for the first time in Virginia I could say the stay was amazing close by to everything and the price was awesome!

Need more towels in rooms for families!
