Quality Inn & Suites El Cajon San Diego East

Check-in staff was awesome the very first time I stayed was totally helpful, professional, welcoming and truly appreciated.

I went back to stay again the next evening and the evening staff was different. There were two different women than the night before. The staff was rude, unprofessional, very unprofessional unwelcoming and very hostile and aggressive with me. I left feeling insulted and deliberately harassed due to my ethnicity. Not to sure I would stay there again nor refer anyone either.

Probably one of the safer areas of El cajon and has good lighting to help thwart criminals. The staff is awesome. Always friendly and it feels genuine unlike their surrounding competition. Good food choices near if you don't drive.

I honestly didn't have any complaints. Maybe extend breakfast by 30 mins but wouldn't be a deal breaker.

Customer service (Sammy) was excellent! It appeared the the original room was not cleaned or stocked up. Feces still in the toilet, I tried to flush it and it looked like it was going to flood. Sammy switched us to another room that was very clean and comfortable.

Price was not worth it. But it was a holiday. Only 2 pillows, and 2 full size towels.

I liked the size the cleanliness.

The room smelled stale and the door was hard to close. The sink water hardly came out, the sink had little hot water and tv was in and out.

The room we were given due to the dirty unrentivated room we ordinarily received. We were given the master suite and I really appreciated that because I was traveling with my elderly mother.
